About: I've had many dogs of my own so I'm quite personal & I'm always excited to make new animal friends. Having many animals of my own I think sets me aside from others, I love to play and run around with dogs. I also can and will care for other pets or animals if it is necessary, which I also think sets me apart. I'm an athlete too so long walks & everything are not a problem, I enjoy walking and nature so going on walks would be wonderful. I like animal of all sizes. Also by having pets of my own, I understand a lot about dogs and how to care for multiple. I can do more than just play & walk them, I can bathe them & brush & most other hygiene needs.

About: I want to help parents feel at ease if they have to be away from their fur babies. Let me make your away from home less stressful. I am available everyday for drop in visits, playtime or daily walks. I am available all weekend for extended visits and have reliable vehicle for travel or car rides I have a spare bedroom available as a doggie room or cat room if your pet would like more privacy and a fenced in back yard for safety but extra play space to exercise your pet.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs since childhood. I personally have had large dogs and small dogs so I have experience with all sizes. I very much enjoy walking dogs, so if this is something you need, I offer this service as well. I currently work as a full time teacher. I’m available 6-7:00 to check in your dogs, feed and water and then at 4 pm til 9 in the evenings. Depending on how far you are from my job I can possibly pop in during the day to check in your dog. Your pet is welcome in my home and will be part of my animal family, they are welcome on the couch and they’ll have lots of place to run on my 17 acres place. As long as your dog is house trained they will have the main level to hang out with my dogs while I’m at work. The weekends I’ll around all day and if I’m out and about and the weather is not hot they can come in my car for rides.

About: My mom had rescue dogs and cats my entire childhood, and I always helped care for them as her oldest daughter. My mom adopted dogs big and small - as big as a golden retriever, and as little as a chihuahua, and often cared for multiple cats at a time. I grew up in California, where my family pets live with my parents - three dogs and two cats. My cat Momo moved to Eau Claire with me. My parents are planning to retire here, which will be a big move, especially with so many animals, so when the time comes, I’ll be helping move their pets. After living in Eau Claire for a month or so, I house and pet sat for my cousin while she was working on a project out of town for a few months. I bonded with her German Shepherd, Lobo, through long walks and runs, and fell in love with her tiny cat Duchess. Later that winter, while I was still doing the long-term pet sit for my cousin, one of her friend’s rescued a cat who had been abandoned. Due to her living situation, she couldn’t take it in immediately, so Lobo and Duchess had Zia as a guest living with us for a month or so. Beyond helping out my family, I have friends whose animals I help care for on occasion too. One friend reaches out when she needs to go out of town, and I will do check ups or come stay with her needy and sweet cat-named-Kitty. Another friend and I meet up to walk downtown with her cutie little dog Lotta. I record all my walks and runs on Strava, and enjoy posting photos and videos of my furry companions, so if I walk with your pup, I would be happy to share photos if you ask! Last summer, I looked after my co-worker’s chickens and garden for a 3-day weekend, so I’m open to learning how to care for other pets beyond cats and dogs too! I work part-time at the flower shop and my schedule varies week to week based on their need, but I have lots of free time between weekdays and the weekend - I always have a free Sunday. I can easily arrange my schedule to allow for plenty of time between walks, play time, or check ups with animals. I will be brand new to Rover and open to meeting pets’ needs and routines as their human typically would! Right now, beyond my cat Momo, the only other animals I care for are my cousin’s dog and cat when she’s traveling and needs me to fill in, and I care for them as she would - from feeding routines to play time, walks, and cleaning.

About: "I’ve taken care of dogs and cats of every kind since I was 15. Neighbors, friends and family have relied on me to walk, feed them and play with them. I am a physical education teacher that has the summers off and is looking to take care of your pet while you are ate work or on vacation. I enjoy getting your pet the exercise it needs and help them be comfortable around other people. I am a dog sitter/dog walker that puts safety as a priority when taking care of your pet. I always move a cross the street if I see another dog coming towards me if your pet is not good with other dogs. I always watch for cars when I am cross the street to keep your help safe.

About: I grew up with taking care of multiple family dogs. As an adult, I have dog-sat and cat-sat for multiple family members. Although I currently do not have any pets of my own, I would love to help you care for your own! I am a kindergarten teacher, so I am usually gone Monday-Friday 6:30am-5:00pm. Weekend availability will just depend on the weekend! I am certainly willing to be flexible, because I just absolutely love animals! I have an open back yard that I share with other neighbors. I am able to make your personal adjustments to make sure your pet has a safe and comfortable environment.

About: Hi! I’m a big animal lover who enjoys spending time with dogs, cats, and any other pets! I’m happy to match your pet’s energy and routine. My family has always had pets growing up, and I’m always the one seeking out the pets at any gathering. I love earning their trust, making them feel comfortable, and making a new furry friend. While I don’t have any pets of my own right now, I absolutely adore all of my family’s pets whenever I get to see them or care for them! I work as a barista during the days, typically a 6 hour shift sometime in the morning or during the day. Whenever I am not on shift I will be able to care for your pets! My schedule varies occasionally so if you aren’t sure if a day will work, please reach out! When caring for pets, I focus on making sure they are happy, comfortable, and feel loved. I take the time to learn about each pet so I can match their energy and routine. About: I’ve been taking care of pets since I was about 8 years old with my own labs! This extended into caring for family, family friends and eventually neighbors and the occasional stranger’s dogs as I got older. Care has included walking, feeding, administering oral medication, bathing, and plenty of play and cuddle time. I’ve even worked in a doggy daycare previously! I’m comfortable around dogs of all sizes, ages, and breeds. I am a current Master’s student commuting to UW-Stout Tuesdays-Thursdays, and work part time at a childcare facility on Mondays and Fridays. I would be available for a variety of afternoon or evening walks, potty breaks, or mealtimes! I would also be available on weekends for more in-depth care, stays and adventures. I live in an apartment that allows dogs, and am close to a variety of outdoor walking trails. Play time and cuddles are a free for all, but I tend to have specific areas for eating and sleeping for my dog. I am however comfortable with dogs on furniture, crating, or anything in between!

About: While I’m relatively new to Rover, I have been a pet owner for cumulatively over 5 years of both dogs and cats. I currently have a 1.5 year old dachshund girl named Sage, a 14 year old senior dachshund named Buddy, and a 1 year old German Shorthair Pointer named Fin. As a dog owner, I understand what it’s like to put your trust in someone else’s hands to take care of your fur baby. It’s a big deal, and I’d like to step in to ease those feelings and let you know your pet is in the hands of a genuine, gentle, patient, and kind pet sitter. I work remotely full time with a flex schedule, so I have a ton of flexibility throughout the day. I am fortunate to work for a non-profit that believes in a healthy work-life balance. I care for pets first and foremost with love and respect while maintaining a safe, clean, and fun environment for them.
