Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup watermelon
- 1 1/2 cup pineapple
- Optional: a splash of coconut milk
Equipment
- A flat, clear space in your fridge for the mold to freeze level
- Blender or food processor
- Bone-shaped silicone mold
- Cookie sheet or cutting board to transport silicone mold from counter to freezer
Instructions
- Clear a nice flat space in your freezer for your mold to freeze.
- Place the watermelon in your food processor and blitz until smooth, then pour into a cup and set aside.
- Blitz the pineapple the same way until smooth and frothy. Not frothy enough? You can add a dollop of coconut milk to get things creamy, and pour into a cup.
- Place silicone mold on a cookie sheet prior to filling.
- Place 2 tablespoons pureed pineapple into each mold.
- Top each mold with watermelon puree, splashing it around a bit to get the tie-dye effect.
- Move filled mold carefully into the freezer.
- Freeze at least 4 hours before serving.
