A flat, clear space in your fridge for the mold to freeze level
Blender or food processor
Bone-shaped silicone mold
Cookie sheet or cutting board to transport silicone mold from counter to freezer
Instructions
Clear a nice flat space in your freezer for your mold to freeze.
Place the watermelon in your food processor and blitz until smooth, then pour into a cup and set aside.
Blitz the pineapple the same way until smooth and frothy. Not frothy enough? You can add a dollop of coconut milk to get things creamy, and pour into a cup.
Place silicone mold on a cookie sheet prior to filling.
Place 2 tablespoons pureed pineapple into each mold.
Top each mold with watermelon puree, splashing it around a bit to get the tie-dye effect.
