1. Haulover Beach Park
- dogs are welcome on Haulover Beach near lifeguard tower 3, where they are allowed to play off-leash from 8 AM to 3 PM
- Haulover also has two enclosed off-leash dog parks for large and small dogs
- bring your $2 entry fee (per vehicle) and enjoy the park all day
2. Bark Beach at North Shore Open Space Park
- explore the park with your leashed dog, or head to Bark Beach for an off-leash experience just for dogs and their humans, with amenities like water, bags, etc.
- a cash fee must be paid to use this beach ($5 for residents and $25 for non-residents)

3. Hobie Island Beach Park
- enjoy warm water, beach activities, and amenities at this popular and dog-friendly destination
- excepting a toll to pay on the bridge to Hobie Island, use of the park (and parking) is free
- please be aware that this beach is not extremely well-maintained because it is free
4. South Pointe Park
- enjoy walking paths, food, and ocean-side hangouts at this popular destination
- visit the dog park located within the park, or head to the beach and see if you can catch a film crew in action

5. Lummus Park
- this popular beachfront park offers prime people-watching, shopping and food, a dedicated dog park, and a swath of sandy beach to play on
- if you’re into fitness, consider showing off your moves at the pull-up bar and the other adult gym equipment at Lummus Park
