Announcement: October Product Launches
In case you missed it, we’ve launched three of our top requested features this month! We are excited to launch Tipping, Extended Care Rates, and User Blocking to all sitters and pet owners on Rover in US and Canada. This is part of our continued effort to make Rover better for sitters, pet parents, and pets! We appreciate the feedback from our community that helps us continue to improve.

Tipping:
Pet parents now have the option to leave a tip after all services. While tips are not guaranteed, it’s a way for pet parents to show their appreciation when sitters go above and beyond for their pets.
Extended Care Rates:
Have you ever had a client drop off their pet early on a Saturday morning but plan to pick them up late Sunday evening? Extended Care Rates help sitters get compensated more fairly for bookings like this that end late in the day.
Block and Report:
We all have a role in keeping our community safe. The Block and Report feature allows you to report users for behavior that violates our Community Guidelines and gives you the option to block these users from contacting you on the Rover platform.
