Big News: In the Loop Videos Are Here!
We’re always looking for new ways to keep you in the loop about what’s changing on the Rover platform and how those updates impact you. That’s why we’re excited to introduce In the Loop videos, which we’ll release every 3 months.
These updates are all about making sure you’re always in the know. Every quarter, we’ll share a video breaking down the latest improvements based on your feedback, plus a sneak peek at what’s coming next.
Watch our first video below:
What’s in This Quarter’s Update?
Here are some of the key updates we’ve been working on:
1. Increased Tipping Cap – More Earnings for You
You asked, we listened! Many of you have shared that the 30% tipping cap limits what pet parents can give, especially when they want to show extra appreciation for outstanding care. We’re increasing the tipping cap to 100% of the stay price, meaning owners can now tip up to the full amount of the booking.
- More flexibility for pet parents to tip what they want.
- More earning potential for you—100% of tips still go to you!
2. Meet & Greet Scheduling Made Easier
We know how crucial Meet & Greets are for a smooth booking experience, but finding them in the app hasn’t always been easy. Now, scheduled Meet & Greets will appear on your calendar and daily dashboard, so you can see them alongside confirmed bookings.
- No more scrolling through messages to find Meet & Greet details.
- A more organized schedule at a glance.
3. A Revamped Inbox for Better Organization
Your messages are your lifeline to clients, and we’re making it easier to keep track of everything. The new Inbox layout will help you quickly see your Meet & Greet requests, ongoing conversations, and upcoming bookings in a more structured way.
What’s Coming Next?
We’re also working on even more improvements to help you grow and manage your business, including:
- Enhanced promotional tools to help you attract more clients.
- Better modification options for recurring bookings.
We can’t wait to share more as these features develop!
