No-Bake Snowball Holiday Treats for Dogs

Tangy and lightly sweet, these nutty little nibbles combine dog-friendly ingredients like rolled oats and yogurt with a just a hint of rich peanut butter.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 1/2 cup coconut flour
  • 1 cup oat flour (pulverize rolled oats in the food processor to make your own)
  • 1 cup plain nonfat yogurt
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened natural peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • A bowl of shredded coconut (to roll the treats in)

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in food processor and pulse until the dough holds together.
  2. Take dough by the handful and form into balls. You can adjust the size as you like.
  3. Roll each ball in flaked coconut, squeezing as you go to help the coconut stick.

Notes

Keep refrigerated and use within a week.
