Golden Retriever is Mother of Goats

For Dog People
By Kiki Kane

Loryn the dog has always been a ‘mother hen’ around the farm where she lives. When her family took in a pair of baby goats, however, she found her true calling—as the mother of goats. The golden retriever keeps an eye on the pair day and night, including herding them back into their playpen during their naps and snuggling with them on the couch. You can follow Loryn and her fur sister Freya’s adventures on Instagram at @Life_of_Girlfriends.
