About: I've been in a 2-3 dog (and later on one grumpy cat) household my entire life. My shared company of animals is a major part of my identity and is represented now by my pursuit of a degree in animal sciences. At times, I feel I understand them better than people; they've always been an anchor for me in difficult times. I hope my passion for creatures big and small can shine during my time caring for your furry friends. Since moving away from home to attend Oregon State University, I leave behind two goofball dogs, Grizzly Bear and Tig, and one sassy old cat, Hazel, my little lady. As a full-time student at OSU, I have classes Monday thru Friday, and though I am unopposed to weekday commitments, weekends are when I am most free. My availability: Wednesday - 1pm and beyond free Thursday - 7pm-9pm Friday - 3pm and beyond free Saturday - All day available Sunday - All day available I am open to helping out on weekdays if I am not too swamped, and would do better with short term commitments, but weekends are wide open! I am experienced with all types of pups, from chill to nervous. Throughout the walk/stay/visit, I will clearly communicate how I conduct your animal's routine and how your pets are doing during our time together. I will never do something I feel uncomfortable with and this includes keeping the safety of myself and your pet as the main priority.
About: I’ve been caring for animals since I can remember. Through high school, dog sitting was my career, and I grew up showing animals in 4-H. I am well versed in caring for sick animals at the home level (though I am pre-vet), and have skill with everything from grooming to vaccinating. I love being active and am up for any activities your pet loves! I work part time but my job is very flexible and only two to four hours at a time. I take classes at OSU but when I am taking classes, I can do homework anywhere as long as there is WiFi :). I don’t have any pets living with me currently, but am willing to care for pets in my home if need be. I am willing to follow any schedule your pet is used to so they feel normalcy while you’re away. If they do stay in my home, I have a nice sized yard which is landscaped weekly for them to run in and a clean, minimal house without things to accidentally chew or get into.

About: What sets me apart is my background in both veterinary medicine and animal behavior. I have over 4 years of hands-on experience working in veterinary settings with pets of all ages, temperaments, and medical needs, including anxious, senior, and high-energy animals.
