I am also able to follow your feeding instructions if you raw feed your pet. We do not have a fenced in yard (yet) so your pet will be leash walked on our 5 acre land. If your pet is not child friendly, I may be able to work around this. I am a full time stay at home mom and am able to add your fur baby into the mix and adjust to your schedule. 🐾 Special Note on Unneutered Dogs: If you have an intact male, please reach out prior to booking as my rate for unfixed dogs is twice my standard base rate. Because my own neutered male is reactive to unneutered males, hosting an intact dog requires intensive behavioral management. I implement a strict, highly secure rotation system to ensure the dogs are never in the same space, alongside extra cleanup measures for marking behavior. Thank you for helping me keep my home safe and organized! I have a large property and three friendly dogs to keep your fur baby occupied. I can easily crate your pet if need be. I am skilled with administration of medications.

Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
