“I can’t recommend Katie enough. My two 15 yo pups look so well cared for and relaxed. Some friends met her walking the girls and were all favorably impressed. Getting pictures everyday of their walks and adventures, and knowing that she is a Retired Vet Tech, helped me to be worry free. She is a very kind, warm and loving person that my dogs took to right away. I swear they look more groomed than when I left! Thank you, Katie!”

“Tammie is an amazing pet sitter! My dogs were so happy I don’t think they even noticed I was gone, which alleviated my biggest traveling anxiety. Receiving pictures from Tammie every day of my dogs having fun with her wonderful pup, Kiwi, always made me smile. Not only were my dogs in good hands but she took great care of my home too. I will definitely be traveling again soon knowing I can leave my fur-babies in her capable hands!”

“Alexandra was great! I felt very comfortable leaving my 3 dogs with her in my home. I couldn’t even tell she had been there except that my toilet had been freshly cleaned! My mom is booking her vacation in October and I would definitely use her again!”

“Ashlie is our vacation hero!! Our previous pet sitter retired after being with us for 10 years. We have 3 cats that each pose their own challenge to being left at home. Jackson takes 2 oral medications, 1 of them daily. Puff is 14 years old and gets blue when his owner's are not home and needs 1:1 attention to encourage eating. Ella would prefer to spend some of her day outside and stresses when she has to stay in while we are away. Ashlie was a real professional with a heart for our pets. She came over to meet us and our cats before the trip and suggested Feliway diffusers, which really work for stress. While we were gone she sent messages with any questions and provided updates. She fed Puff one kibble at a time to get him over his blues and gave him plenty of attention to keep him from stressing. She worked thru several techniques to find her preferred method for giving Jackson his meds. She spent time sitting on the floor during each visit to let our cats get to know her on their terms. We HIGHLY recommend Ashlie and will use her for many years to come.”
“Rachel did a fantastic job with my dog and cat. She sent pictures and updates often. My dog receives medication twice daily and she handled that without problems. When she did have questions she reached out. I would absolutely use her again in the future.”

About: Hi! Available for (much of) Santa Cruz and Cochise Counties, including Ft Huachuca. I grew up on a farm, worked at a vet clinic, and have always had animals and pets when my life permitted. I have a passion for our furry "family members" as well as learning all different types of animal behavior. Dogs, cats, horses, cows, donkeys, fish, and even took care of a camel a time or two. My professional and athletic life has taken me around the world, and frankly, caring for pets of family, friends and neighbors throughout the years has still always been a most gratifying highlight! I have the patience and energy to match dogs of all temperaments, so let me know how I can support you and your family! If my profile is visible, it means I have plenty of time to help out with your furry family members, be it pet-sitting, walking, or just checking in on them. I have a highly-flexible schedule and a vehicle large enough to crate/transport if needed. As far as housesitting, depending on the proximity, would be flexible on either daily check-in and/or possibly overnights. Please reach out in advance to discuss. I live on a large ranch but do prefer to keep them leashed when walking (until I know they heel well AND to keep YOU more confident). I'm flexible on this based on consults with you. They would sleep indoors, and if you prefer, I could easily crate as well. Non-smoking home. You can bet I'll treat them as my own!

Alexandra loved our dog and cat so well during our weeks long trip oversees that our cat did not even show us his back end or ignore us when we returned. She also saved his life by carefully watching his intake and output, observing that he was in trouble and taking him to the emergency vet in time, keeping in touch with us while he was being examined and then following his treatment plan carefully. We would not have enjoyed our trip as much if we had not known our critters were in such good hands. Thank you, Alexandra!
Alex was a wonderful sitter for my two little terriers. I hadn't left them with anyone before and I was anxious about it, but it turned out great! I really didn't worry about them at all. Alex sent lots of pics which made me smile. She took great care of my home and garden too! Highly recommend!
