About: Hi my names Sophia! I have grown up with and taken care of animals my whole life. From fish to hamsters to cats and dogs I know and love them all! I work part time as a delivery worker so my schedule is usually very flexible and I have plenty of extra time to help care for your pets! I do not own my own home so any pet sitting will take place at the clients home. I will follow all instructions left for your fluffy friends and make sure to give them all the attention they deserve!

About: Asst in training service dogs, have had dogs for the past 25 years. I have also had cats but do not have one currently. I watch my neighbors' animals, to include a bunny and other small animals as well. I currently work from home most days and am able to work from anywhere with my laptop if I am needed to stay at your home. This also gives me the availability to leave for breaks to take your animal out for small walks or potty breaks during the day. I have always had 3 dogs at a time, but I just lost my last fur baby in January 2026 so we just got a puppy in April as I just can’t be without a fur baby. I care for my animals as family, not pets, they sleep with me and my husband and go with us when we are able to take them.I provide more of a motherly service and will care for your fur baby as if he/she were my own. This includes playing and snuggling.

About: I am a retired teacher who has rescued and raised both cats and dogs from 6 weeks old through their geriatric years. I am comfortable reinforcing puppy potty training and basic obedience skills while you are away. Pets with separation anxiety find me to be gentle and patient, and I am experienced in working with animals who have physical challenges. I guarantee your fur babies will be showered with love while in my care! Please note: I CANNOT accept assignments for dogs larger than 45 lbs. I have extensive availability on weekends and most holidays. My schedule during weekdays is flexible; however, I may have limited availability to check in or walk dogs during school hours if I have accepted a substitute teaching job. Safety is my number one priority! I will make sure your dog is comfortable and safe according to your instructions before finishing the assignment, and will make sure to keep you posted with photos so you will not be worried.

About: I have dog sit for 10+ families over the course of 8+ years! Not only do I treat your animals and home just like family, but I always try to make sure I leave your house in better condition than you left it! I do except house, chores and cleaning as well. Pet care is already a natural part of my daily routine. I keep my Rover calendar current and only accept visits that fit my availability. This allows me to arrive within the agreed time window and give each pet attentive care without rushing. Before the first booking, I prefer to meet you and your pet, review the care routine, and confirm access instructions. During each visit, I follow your directions closely, check doors and gates, refresh food and water, and make sure your pet is safe and comfortable before I leave. I provide photos and a clear update after every visit.

About: I have had pets my whole life. I currently have a 7 year old German Shepherd and 4 year old black lab mix. I love all animals and spending time with them. I have experience with taking care of diabetic cats who received insulin twice a day. I work full time from home so I have flexibility throughout the day. I am about to become an empty nester now that my youngest will be heading off to college in August. I’ve found that I have a lot of free time. I am available to come to your house as often as needed to care for your fur babies. I can take your dog for walks or just snuggle with your cat, whatever is needed.

About: Hi there, my name is Sami! I've lived with dogs my whole life, big and small - some of which include a Golden Retriever, a Yorkie, and a Maltese. My sister occasionally comes over with her Goldendoodle, and I love spending time with my aunt's Bernese Mountain Dogs when I can visit them. I plan to adopt my own dog later in the future, and perhaps enroll them as a therapy dog to bring comfort to others. I've watched both my sister's and parents' dogs while they are away for the day, and I have some experience in caring for them when they were puppies. I used to walk my parents' dogs in the past, as well. I enjoy interacting with dogs as a whole, and I put their safety and comfort first. I'm an introvert who lives a quiet lifestyle, but I also love to have fun, so if your furry friend needs someone to hang out with while you're away, I'll be there for them! NOTE: Though I adore cats, I am unfortunately allergic and therefore cannot interact with them directly if you have any in your home. I can still feed or play with them via a cat teaser or laser pointer, but I cannot pet them or pick them up. :( Currently, I am working full-time at an elementary school in Minooka. As I share similar hours with our students, my availability Monday through Friday will only be after 3:30pm. On Saturdays and Sundays, I am available during afternoons and evenings, though prior arrangements in advance can be made for a morning walk or drop-in visit! I will update my schedule as soon as anything changes. If you have any questions regarding my schedule for a particular day or week, please don’t hesitate to message me! I love working with animals and greatly enjoy the time I spend with them. I do work full time so I do Rover on my off days and before/after my full time job. I have experience caring for not only dogs and cats but small pets also(this includes parrots, guinea pigs, rabbits, ferrets, chinchillas, hamsters, rats, mice, gerbils). I am always available to answer questions to pet parents about how their pet is doing in my care, and willing to accommodate additional care instructions as well. While your pet is in my care you will receive a Rover card from each visit/stay with photos provided. I am trained in pet CPR and have experience with senior pets and any medication needs that your pet may have. I am also experienced with shy pets as well and will always allow your pet to take their time to get to know me and warm up to me. My number one goal is that your pet is comfortable, happy and healthy while in my care. I do require a meet and greet to ensure that your pet is comfortable with me and a good fit as well. House Sitting. I have recently reopened up house sitting services in your home. I am available each day to ensure your pets and home are taken care. walks if asked for by the owner(no additional charge for these!), play time, food and water checks and any medications administered if needed. Small Pet Care I also have experience caring for small pets and birds if you need your small furry or feathered ones looked after while you are away. I have experience with birds, guinea pigs, rabbits, ferrets, chinchillas, hamsters, rats and mice. Care for these guys will include food and water checks, attention and if needed a spot clean of their cage as well, along with any medications needed if these are required. Boarding/Day Care I have just opened up boarding and daycare(daycare only on select days when I am not working my full time job). Boarding requirements include any dog under 35lbs due to having cats that can be skittish around larger dogs. Your dog must get along with cats and small animals and be okay with being home alone for a few hours a day. Up to date on vaccines and a trial visit will be required to ensure your dog is a good fit to stay with us. Dog Training. I am currently finishing a course through Good Pup offered by Rover and am so excited to be offering training to existing and new clients once I complete my certification! I do work full time but I do have availability before and after work to care for pets and am available on my off days as well for pet care. I will always ensure to respect your home and ensure it is in the same condition as when you left your pet in my care.
