About: Hello! My name is Ella, and I recently moved back to Wausau after graduating from college in Montana. I earned my bachelor’s degree in Natural Horsemanship, a horse-training method focused on understanding animal behavior and building a relationship based on communication and trust. My degree also included coursework in animal health, animal husbandry, and classes taught by both large- and small-animal veterinarians. My Fiancé, Cooper, also earned a degree in Natural Horsemanship with a minor in ranch management. Like me, he has spent much of his life around animals and is comfortable caring for a variety of pets and following specific care instructions. I grew up on a hobby farm and have had horses nearly my entire life. Dogs have always been part of the family, too—we’ve had everything from Labs and bird dogs to little Jack Russells! I currently have an energetic Blue Heeler who loves joining me on horseback rides and hikes. I want you to feel completely comfortable while you’re away, so I’m happy to provide regular updates and photos. About: I have cared for dogs and cats, during all the stages of their lives, for many years. I've had dogs of various breeds with serious health conditions that required nearly constant monitoring, complex medication management, and frequent vet involvement. I have taken care of puppies and kittens, senior dogs and cats, and pets at all stages in between. Providing loving care for pets has been a major focus of my life for as long as I can remember. I'm currently a stay at home dog mom, so pet care pretty much is my routine! And since my husband works from home, I have plenty of time and flexibility to care for your furry poopsies too 😊 I have two young adult standard poodles and a mini poodle puppy. They, like all of our dogs before them, live in our house as members of our family. They are crate trained and know basic commands for safety, but when they're not playing outside or on a walk, they can mostly be found lounging on couches or beds (mostly ours, sometimes theirs). I've also been a dedicated sitter for my sister's cats for almost 20 years. I've cared for kittens to seniors in that time, and seen to all their needs.

About: I live in the country so can go for long walks, swim in pond . . Will be treated as part of the family and spoiled rotten. Right now I’m still working during the week. I’m looking more at weekends. I can do during the week if your comfortable them being home alone for 6 hours a day. I have a lot of open area , I also have a very friendly dog that loves to have a playmate or just someone to share his treats with. He is very gentle with puppies and older laid back dogs.

I know how to groom, bathe and clip nails, I know how to train aswell when it comes to both cats and dogs, knowing i’ve pet sat for family and friends since i was young it grew on me for training them! sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy , which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
