About: I have grown up with dogs and now I have 3 of my own! I have a pug, and 2 basset hounds. I'm experienced in all size dogs. (I previously had 2 english mastiffs that crossed the rainbow bridge) I also have chickens and ducks. I worked at a retirement community for years.. so I'm understanding and kind towards our wiser elders who made need help with their furbabies. I'm a homemaker so I'm almost always available for your pet care needs. I'm available to sit and play with them to your hearts comfort. All 3 of my dogs are inside dogs who sleep in bed with me. 🤣 Furbabies are like children to me. I truly believe they have souls and they deserve all the love in the world.

About: I’ve been caring for cats and dogs for about 10 years now, through my friends, family, neighbors and my own 2 puppies! I’m a college athlete who’s very active, so I’m happy to run/play and keep energetic dogs exercised while also making sure they feel loved, safe, and cared for! About: I am a lifetime pet owner and I would love to provide quality care for your pets. Your pets will never know you are gone!! I agree that I dont have many reviews mainly because I haven't kept many pets through Rover. But those I have kept love my care. Give us a try and I promise your fur baby will be safe, happy, fed, and loved while here! I now have one 14 yo senior dog who knows he is loved. I rescued him from a shelter 13 years ago and he has been by my side ever since. He is a tri-paw, a 6 year cancer conqueror and the best boy. He welcomes new furry pals and in his old age really just prefers to say hello and then lounge all day. We do a daily walk around the neighborhood and he still looks forward to it. I took care of him when his leg was amputated 6 years ago due to cancer and when a tumor was recently removed. I feel pretty good about giving your darling meds or other medical treatments if necessary. Your furry baby will be well taken care of. I have a fenced in yard and I do walks. I have cared for younger dogs also who want to play and fetch and run. Your dog will be safe in my home and I will do my best to keep your dog on the schedule that you have.

About: I've been in veterinary medicine for 12 years. I am comfortable around all pets, no matter the breed or personality. I have two giant breed diggitys and I understand how hard it is to find safe care for your fur babies. We live in a noise free environment , zero cars, zero sirens etc. I am fear free certified and can handle nervous nellies and their needs very well. I'm currently working remotely and homeschool. The house is full of good energy. Since we have children and other pets/animals we are up as early as 5am in the morning and last walks are around 8p. If it is a weekend and we are staying up later in the night than walks could be as late as 10pm. It does depend on the pet also. My dogs are pet friendly however because of their size some other dogs don't take to them. My personal dogs have their own room and crate. We have multiple free spaces for up to 10 dogs small and or 5 dogs small/medium large. We live on 73 acres with 4 hiking trails. The dogs and ducks definitely get their exercise. If you have a senior pet or a pet that does better away from children or other pets, we can accommodate that as well. I am currently working remotely with some days in clinic. Between myself and my nephew someone is always home. We also homeschool so the house is always active. We have tons of space so if your pet doesn't do well with "active" we can accommodate that as well. With all the land and space we can easily go on 4-5 mile scenic walks. We can also let dogs who have name recall roam free (supervised). We live on 73 acres, very secluded. Our noise level is zero. There aren't cars driving by, sirens etc. We have a few hiking trails that have been cleared. We also have a room specific for dog sitting in our home. We can make it feel like home or have the approach of a normal boarder. We do ask that all pets are at minimum rabies vaccinated. This is the only vaccine legally required in the state of Maryland. We also ask that for boarding , you provide a favorite toy and t-shirt to help minimize anxiety and stress. We have calming plug ins in certain areas of the house to help decrease anxiety as well.

About: I have cared and trained service dogs. Many family and friends have counted on me to care for their pets and know that I will always put them first. I work about 4 hours a day during the week (Wednesday and Friday) and I’m never gone for over 6 hours at a time while at work. Otherwise I am mostly home and only away for 1-2 hours for errands. Pets have entire first floor. My dogs usually hang out in the huge couch or in the office watching the birds (I set up feeders to entertain my bird dog and he loves it). On nice days I’ll leave the back door open for them to come in/out as they please. They have water both inside and outside the house. Dogs love sunbathing but here is also shade area all day in case they want to stay outside but out of the sun. Backyard is completely fenced.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs since I was 9 years old! I love dogs so much and the joy that they bring me is therapeutic. I have a 10 year old spayed dog-ther named Disco! She is great with other dogs and loves company. We would love to host your fur baby. I am at home currently doing freelance so I am available!
