While my yard may not be fenced in, I live in a quiet neighborhood and will take your dog on regular walks to ensure they get plenty of exercise and attention. Please let me know if there’s anything special I should know to make your dog’s stay as comfortable as possible (e.g., crate training, walking routine, feeding preferences). She sent lots of photos, showed Skittles love, and made sure she was fed and had clean litter. When my cat escaped from the lower level to the master bedroom, she even tried to get her to return, unfortunately, with no success. Concerned I had left something out that would be dangerous to Skittles, Vanessa offered to return to our house and make sure it was safe... so sweet! Even though Michelle was 30 miles away from where we were staying, it was worth the travel to have a family so loving and attentive to Gus! Their home was perfect for Gus! About: I've been a dog owner for over 20 years and was a foster parent for a San Diego based rescue group for over 3. I currently volunteer as a dog walker at a local Southern Maryland rescue and also foster with them as well. Our family has cared for, trained and assisted with the adoption of many different breeds from small to large and all ages, puppies less than 12 weeks included. In addition we puppy raise and train service dogs for a non-profit organization based out of NY. Pets bring so much love and joy to our lives and deserve the best care when we are away. I can promise they will receive the same love and attention as if you were home yourself. Current pet is a 13 year old yellow lab and pointer mix that we've had since he was 12 weeks old. He loves long walks, swimming in any body of water and snuggling with his cat brother, Tucker. In addition we have a 2 year old beagle that nothing but fun. References are available upon request. I work remotely and am home during the day. This allows me flexibility to care my own fur-children and yours from either my home or yours. I have a large fenced yard, friendly pups, a dog room and plenty of crates. We often crate and rotate to make sure our pups get enough one on one and would do the same for yours.

Walking dogs is great for exercise, but also a great opportunity to build confidence and help your best friend to understand us better. If you need a pet sitter, I’m your guy. I am a retired Marine who has experience working with military pups. The hardest part in training these amazing pups is that most of them outranked me. Lol I believe walks or just outside time in general is very important. I have my own doggo stay in my yard without a fence by using the invisible fencing. My days are open and adaptable, and I love spending time with animals. I’m currently available most days and times, and I genuinely enjoy being outside for walks or tending to pets’ unique needs. This work is a natural extension of my lifestyle. I treat all pets like family, tuning into their needs with care and calm energy. Whether in my home or yours, I create a peaceful, loving environment. I’m attentive to each pet’s unique personality, maintain clean spaces, and follow feeding or medication routines exactly. About: I have always been a big animal person. I have been pet sitting for friends, family, and acquaintances since I was 13 years old. I have had the privilege of caring for many dogs, cats, and other pets over the years, and I would love the opportunity to care for your pet. I am totally available Monday through Friday all day, most weeks, unless I am out of town for a trip or nannying for a family. I take caring for someone else's pet very seriously. About: I have always loved dogs and had my own, but I started caring for other people’s dogs at around 13 years old. In early 2022, I started working at the doggy daycare/boarding facility I currently work at, and I am now a manager there. I am responsible for feeding, bathing, administering medication, playing with and cleaning up after dogs of all different breeds, temperaments, ages and sizes, and I couldn’t be more passionate about my job. I currently work full time (at a dog kennel), and my schedule is consistent but switches days every week. I know my schedule very far out in advance so it should be easy to work with! I have 2 dogs at home that are well trained but not very friendly with other dogs, so at home boarding does not work for me. However, at your home, I can work with whatever system you have going for your dogs already, whether that be a crate training system or something different. I have plenty of experience from my current job and can meet all the needs you and your furry friend need to be satisfied:)

About: Hello! I am Val, and I would love to care for your dog! I’ve had dogs my whole lives and understand how important it is to know your fur baby is in great hands. I Will treat your dog like one of my own! I have two kids and our dog, Monchie, who is friendly with both children and other dogs. While my yard may not be fenced in, I live in a quiet neighborhood and will take your dog on regular walks to ensure they get plenty of exercise and attention. Please let me know if there’s anything special I should know to make your dog’s stay as comfortable as possible (e.g., crate training, walking routine, feeding preferences). I want to make sure both you and your dog have a great experience! Looking forward to hearing from you! I am available weekends and weekdays after 3pm. If your dog is crate trained then we are available to watch on all week days. I will make sure to take your dog out for a bathroom break every 2-4 hours or as needed. Long walks are not a problem. I can take your dog on walks in our quiet neighborhood. Our dog monchie is super friendly and playful and would keep your dog company. I also, have room to crate your dog as well if need be.
