While I am at work, trusted family members are available to provide supervision, potty breaks, feeding, exercise, or other care according to each pet’s needs. She had an initial knee injury that required crate rest and very limited activity and their willingness to accommodate our needs at the last minute for an extended (18 day) stay was beyond amazing. After the meet and greet with Aaron and their amazing soon I felt even more at ease. Prior to her stay, Bella was stung in the eye and was required eye drops in addition to the knee injury. Aaron wasn't phased by the additional special needs. While on travel in Asia, I received almost daily pics and a video. I could tell she was having a great time. She also needed to lose a few pounds to help with her knee injury and Aaron and Tia returned Bella in tip top shape and a few pounds lighter. She is off of her pain meds for her knee and her eye is healed. I can't thank them enough. When I met with them they only had a few reviews and I wasn't deterred. This is proof that the # of reviews does not determine the type of love and care your pup receives. I will be using their services again and again very soon.”

About: I've been in veterinary medicine for 12 years. I am comfortable around all pets, no matter the breed or personality. I have two giant breed diggitys and I understand how hard it is to find safe care for your fur babies. We live in a noise free environment , zero cars, zero sirens etc. I am fear free certified and can handle nervous nellies and their needs very well. I'm currently working remotely and homeschool. The house is full of good energy. Since we have children and other pets/animals we are up as early as 5am in the morning and last walks are around 8p. If it is a weekend and we are staying up later in the night than walks could be as late as 10pm. It does depend on the pet also. My dogs are pet friendly however because of their size some other dogs don't take to them. My personal dogs have their own room and crate. We have multiple free spaces for up to 10 dogs small and or 5 dogs small/medium large. We live on 73 acres with 4 hiking trails. The dogs and ducks definitely get their exercise. If you have a senior pet or a pet that does better away from children or other pets, we can accommodate that as well. I am currently working remotely with some days in clinic. Between myself and my nephew someone is always home. We also homeschool so the house is always active. We have tons of space so if your pet doesn't do well with "active" we can accommodate that as well. With all the land and space we can easily go on 4-5 mile scenic walks. We can also let dogs who have name recall roam free (supervised). We live on 73 acres, very secluded. Our noise level is zero. There aren't cars driving by, sirens etc. We have a few hiking trails that have been cleared. We also have a room specific for dog sitting in our home. We can make it feel like home or have the approach of a normal boarder. We do ask that all pets are at minimum rabies vaccinated. This is the only vaccine legally required in the state of Maryland. We also ask that for boarding , you provide a favorite toy and t-shirt to help minimize anxiety and stress. We have calming plug ins in certain areas of the house to help decrease anxiety as well.

About: I was an owner of a 8yr old Cane Corso who has now passed away from bone cancer. She has had 2 litters whom I cared for. 7 puppies each litter for 8 weeks was such an amazing experience! We have 4 sons and she was always attached to our 3rd son’s hip. We also rescued a beautiful cat, Misaki, who is now 1 1/2. My youngest son begged us for her and she has claimed me. She is the most sweetest thing and loves to cuddle. She follows me everywhere which we should have named her Shadow. If I could bring all the animals into my home I truly would! Myself and my youngest boys ages 16 & 15 would love to care for your animals as we would our own! We now have Briahs grandson Deuce is now 1 1/2 and is huge and a ball of fun! About: I have 4 dogs of my own that range from all sizes and breeds. I also work as a kennel attendant at a local boarding facility and when not caring for my own dogs I enjoy helping others care for theirs in the comfort of their own home. While currently a part time student and part time employee some days are busy. Weekend availability will always vary but will be known in advance. During the summer weekday availability is more open due to being out of school. About: I have taken care of animals for over a year now at a dog daycare/boarding centre in a variety of different circumstances. From Mastiff’s to Chihuahuas, I am confident taking care of various different sized dogs with a variety of different dietary needs from raw diets to kibble diets, medical needs from dogs that get medication once a day to dogs that get medication several times a day, and activity needs from dogs that need regular exercise to senior dogs that don’t need to be exercised. I have also had experience handling dogs that are extremely nervous around new people, dogs that can resource guard toys, and dogs that are highly reactive. I am a full-time commuter college student with large gaps between my morning and afternoon classes which I can travel to and from the owners house to let their dogs out and play with during. The only time that I am unable to stop by the house between classes is on Thursdays where I will be gone from 8 am to 2 pm due to my in-person lab course. I only offer services at my clients house so as of not to subject the pet to unnecessary stress from being in a new environment. I can administer any medication that is not via injection, I can cater to a variety of diets ranging from raw meat every day to freshly cooked food three times a day to kibble twice a day depending on the dogs needs, I have personal leashes that I can use or I can use the owners leashes to take the dog on walks as often as request/needed.
About: I am a lover of all animals and always have been. I had a dog growing up and currently have a spoiled dog named Snickers. I used to help a friend groom dogs also. I am currently between jobs so I am available and want to keep myself active during this down time. I have a dog of my own but I figured spending more time outdoors and with animals will be beneficial to my mental health. I walk my dog multiple times a day around our neighborhood. We often go to the beach where he loves to explore. Occasionally, we will go to the dog park. About: I’ve always taken care of dogs, mine, my families, and friends. They life exciting, there’s simply not much better than the smiles they give me. I train part time. I have plenty of time in between sessions so it is just perfect for my schedule and daily routine. As well as flexibility. I have a fenced in yard at my dads with a Great Dane, and I have to walk my moms maltipoo and morkie. I’ve also always had a cat or 2 and even a few reptiles. Nothing scares me so I can do it all 🤣.

About: I’ve had experience since I was born but I’ve been more attentive and actually working to take care of them since 13. I’m 18 now, I have watched scared dogs, big dogs, friendly dogs, jumping dogs, sleepy dogs, small dogs, and same goes for cats! I have 4 dogs currently, and I freed them and take them out all the time, so extra dogs wouldn’t make any difference I would just do the same with them as I do with my dogs! They would have all permissions as my dogs! I will take them out, check them for tics or anything hurting them if they show it. Feed them obviously! And give them treats on certain occasions, or whenever you say I can give them. I take my time with them and love them with my whole heart! Your dog will be treated exactly how I treat mine!

She does require a meet & greet beforehand which I absolutely love and once we had ours we were sold. She was flexible with pick up and drop off, we even had a possible change and she was totally understanding. She checked in every evening with pics and a recap. She even let me know things that I needed to be aware of behavior wise so we can correct our baby at home, as he still getting to know the world and being exposed to new things. “Lauren was absolutely amazing! She noticed that my dog was showing signs of a health issue and didn't hesitate to take him to emergency care. He ended up needing surgery and when the vet offered the option of letting him go home or keeping him at the vet as he recovered Lauren let us know that she was comfortable and capable of taking care of him afterwards (saving me thousands of dollars). When he showed complications after surgery she took him once again to get him help. Even the vet was impressed with how well he was being cared for. Lauren was literally a life savor. I was very stressed not being able to be there with my dog throughout all of this but was greatly comforted by the fact that I knew he was in capable and caring hands.”
