About: Hi there! My name is Sam and I have experience sitting for all types of animals. From cuddly Pyrenees, and scary-smart German pinschers, to spunky chinchillas, their best cat friends, and curious pythons. I have been through partial behavioral training for dogs (and their humans), and have experience with animal hospice situations, as well as behaviorally aggressive dogs. I prefer to keep the animal's care as consistent as possible. The more details you have of your preferred method of walking, reward, or preparation habits, the better. Trust and care are my number one goals when it comes to animal sitting. Not just with the four legged babies, but with the parents as well. I know how important it is to feel comfortable with your care provider, and what a treat it is to know that you can trust someone with the care of your loved ones. Also, aren't dogs just perfect? I work for the U.S. Department of Agriculture and am currently on telework, so my weekly availability is early morning, and late afternoon. I also volunteer at the Old Dominion Humaine Society and occasionally foster for them at my house. I have one <1 year old puppy, and I have a home with a large yard but no fence. That means all foster dogs get leash walked always and there are many mind teaser toys for rainy days. I feed in crates and make it a safe space for them to decompress.

About: I grew in a household full of pets but large dogs to small and I’ve also had cats all my life. I’ve dealt with cats and dogs from every age and I’m more than excited to work with you and your fur baby! I’m currently working during the day but able to do anything during the evening/night. I can do overnight during the week especially if wifi is available for me to work from the home. On the weekends, I have no restrictions! Love , safety , and care are my top priorities. Positive training is how I interact. I will not be physically disciplining any pets but still will maintain control of the situation.

About: I’ve always been an animal person. Technically I have worked with animals since I was 9ish years old. To this day, I am a vet assistant. I have knowledge and experience doing nail trims, baths, groom paws on pets. I can feed and walk your pets. I have the ability to take care of vet assistant related issues. :) I am currently a vet assistant, but limited my hours due to my kids being in school. I am here to provide walks and happiness during play time for your pups! Free majority of the time, especially when my kids are at school. Open with availability, ask and we can make it work! :) If there are specifics or meds, I follow the routines of the owners. For my pets, they are on set schedules. I have two kittens myself; they have a morning feeding and a night feeding, but I can make their feedings fit into my clients routines.

I’ve had a chance to understand when dogs and cats are stressed versus happy, when they need hugs and rubs versus when they need space. I have a flexible schedule where I can navigate non traditionally. It varies but I’m also available last minute which I feel can be useful. At home I believe in maintaining their normal routines, including feeding schedules, playtime, walks, enrichment, and plenty of attention and affection. More importantly providing them with the same love of not more you as their owners provide. I make sure pets have fresh water, a clean space, and the companionship they need to feel happy and secure. I also take the time to understand each pet’s personality, preferences, and needs so I can give them the best care possible. My goal is for every pet to feel like a part of the family while they’re in my care.

About: My goal is to make sure your fur babies feel like they’re in loving hands . I’ve been around dogs and cats most of my childhood well into adulthood and I can honestly say I truly love interacting with and caring for them. I currently work , but my schedule is pretty flexible and why not fill it with doing something I can enjoy doing? Loving for and caring on fur babies. I would follow whatever structure you currently have with your pet , it seems that usually is the most efficient . Again your fur babies would be in the greatest care with me.

About: i've taken care of animals of all kinds my whole life from personal experience to holding jobs at doggy specific businesses! i've done it all from daycare/boarding to all natural and holistic feeding and care :) i currently work throughout the week/weekend but i'm very flexible on my days off as well as i could definitely take a walk or two after my work day is over, usually around 4pm or sooner :) i currently live out in the woods on a little bit of land with my fiancee and our 3 pups! they absolutely love their outside time but of course safety is of the most importance so our pups have been extensively trained off leash to avoid any wild life, potential dangers, and just to have amazing recall. i definitely understand though that this isn't the case for all pups and that's totally okay so when coming to care for your pup i'd take the most precaution to ensure everyone stays happy, healthy, and playing!

About: Unfortunately, working and moving a lot. I cannot give the best life to my dog and cat anymore. I had to leave them with my brother but I would love to give some support to pet owners who are busy due to work and life. Monday to Friday after 6 pm. Weekends and holidays all day long.
