“This was the second time we used John and his wife Joanna and they were wonderful once again. Our pups can be nervous when they’re away from home but I could tell they recognized their home (and kids) and felt comfortable there, which made it easier to leave them. They communicate and send pictures/updates every day, and when one of our pups wasn’t feeling well they let us know right away and were willing to stay up at night with him to make sure he was okay. They even checked up on him after he was back home. Just lovely!”
“Ingrid was very patient, nice and communicative with me throughout Rocco’s stay. She sent photos and messages regarding Rocco’s day very often. It eased my anxiety as this was Rocco’s first time staying with someone else overnight. He is very attached to me so I was a bit concerned, but from the updates I got it looks like he did just fine :). Thank you Ingrid for taking such a good care of my baby and for being patient with him.”

So I decided to do a trial run for a night, and Andrea (and her husband) were amazing! They even set up a time beforehand for a meet and greet, where they answered all of my questions, met w/ Gollum and gave him treats, and helped me feel so much more comfortable. During the one night stay, Andrea was consistent in communication, sending pics/videos, answering my questions, and being so kind w/ my fur ma anxiety. I feel less guilty knowing that Gollum will be in good, loving hands if I ever need hi to board. 10/10 recommend and would book again!!”
