About: I have been taking care of animals for about 14 years. I have experience with dogs, cats, rabbits, reptiles and so much more. I have experience with elderly dogs. I’ve had to give oral medication to my senior dog on a daily basis and I have knowledge of giving cats oral medication as well. I know how to potty train puppies if needed as well. I am very reliable, as well as very caring. I try to make your animal feel comfortable in a situation they might not understand. If needed I can bathe your animal. I am a first-semester nursing student at Pitt Community College, so my school schedule can vary throughout the week. Most days, I am in class for about 3 hours, while some days may include 5–8 hours of school, lab, or clinicals. This semester, my regular class schedule is typically Monday–Wednesday from 9 AM–12 PM with Lab typically on Thursday's or Fridays from 9AM-2Pm. My clinical schedule has not been assigned yet, so I may have clinicals on a Thursday, Friday, or Saturday. I will always maintain open, honest communication about my schedule and availability so pet parents can feel confident their fur babies are receiving the care and attention they need. When I’m not at school, I have plenty of time for walks, drop-ins, playtime, and overnight care. Whether we’re going for a walk, playing at home, or simply relaxing together, I love spending quality time with my furry clients. And when I need to study, your pets often become my favorite study buddies! I’m happy to work with pet parents to find a schedule that fits both their needs and my school schedule. When I’m caring for your pets, their safety, comfort, and well-being are always my top priorities. I’m very attentive to body language and behavior, and I take the time to get to know each pet’s individual personality and needs. Whether they’re feeling nervous, anxious, unsure, excited, playful, or curious, I adjust my approach to help them feel safe, comfortable, and cared for. Communication is very important to me. I always tell my clients, “Please don’t feel obligated to respond!” because I tend to send a lot of pictures and videos. I want you to be able to look at your phone at any point and know exactly what your baby and I are up to. I’ll include updates throughout the day, such as feedings, potty breaks, walks, playtime, and anything else important, so you can see how their day is going. Most importantly, I want you to be able to see that your baby is not only safe, but genuinely loved and cared for while they’re with me. If I’m house sitting, I treat your home with the same respect and care that I would my own. I’m mindful of your home, belongings, routines, and any instructions you leave for me. If anything unexpected comes up while you’re away, I will communicate with you promptly so you’re always informed. My goal is for you to feel comfortable and confident while you’re away, knowing that your pets are in good hands and that you’ll have plenty of pictures and videos to make you feel like you’re still a part of their day!

About: I have had a dog since I was 13, and more recently a cat. I raised my dog from the age she was a puppy until now. She is fully potty trained along with being well trained in many commands. My cat was a stray rescue, and is well behaved and is fully trained to use her litter box. I have never had an issue with either of my animals! I am currently a photographer, leaving plenty of time for me to care for your sweet baby! I am hoping to lean on Rover as my full summer time job, but if this is not possible, I will be getting a part time job that will still leave me with plenty of time! I am willing to make an effort to crate train your pup, or teach them any commands! I also love to go for walks and I would be more than happy to walk your dog once or twice a day depending on their energy needs!

In the afternoon or even in the evening is a great way for me to take care of your furry friends! When I take pets on walks, I make sure to bring plenty of water and some treats to keep them hydrated and happy. I always keep an eye on them to make sure they're safe and comfortable, and I choose routes that are fun and engaging, with lots of interesting smells and sights. Plus, I love giving them lots of praise and attention to make the walk enjoyable for them!

About: In my 5 years of watching animals, I have found a passion in taking the best care of them and making them feel comfortable in their own homes. I have dealt with stressful dogs all the way to the outgoing kinds and know how to comfort them in anyways I can. I also have experience with training puppies and keeping up with them! Along with watching the animals, I am also there for you so if you have any plants that need watered or trash taken out I will happily do that for you! I am a Sophomore at East Carolina University and I do have classes Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday! I only have 1-2 classes a day that are not longer than an hour! My top priority is making sure they are comfortable and not stressed with their owners being gone. I ask the owners if they have any ways of calming them down and what their daily routine is. I mold my schedule to what the animals are used to so they aren’t dealing with a big change.

About: I’ve had a love for animals for as long as I can remember! Growing up, caring for our animals was always one of my favorite chores, and my family currently has a pack of 8 dogs (can't all fit in my apartment lol). I started caring for animals outside of my own family when I was 10 and have experience with everything from dogs and cats to hermit crabs, leopard geckos, bunnies, and guinea pigs. I currently work as a therapist and am exploring getting a therapy dog of my own, so animals have always been an important part of my life. I truly believe pets bring so much joy, comfort, and value to our lives, and I would love the opportunity to give your pets the same love and attention they deserve! I am currently a therapist, so my schedule is flexible and can vary quite a bit. Pet care is the perfect way to spend my time between sessions! I currently do not have another fur-baby yet, so your pet would receive all of the love and attention. I am also outside frequently, and live in a very pet-friendly area, so there would be plenty of space for your pet to run around.

About: I am from Colombia and there I had the opportunity to work with him, in a family veterinarian where I learned a lot. Here in the United States I have been taking care of dogs and cats at home several times. It is important, since animals are part of my life and always will be, I also dream of one day having the money to be able to give a good life to several animals that currently live in a shelter. I keep them company, I sing to them, I play with them, I walk them, when they sleep in my house I always make them comfortable and I am aware of all their behavior, especially because I know they miss their owners.

About: I have been dog sitting for 4 years. I have taken care of anything from small to big dogs. I love what I do and believe that animals deserve the best care! I have a pretty open schedule and incorporating pets into that schedule makes me very happy!! I love watching animals and having play time with them! I have 2 dogs. One French bulldog and one English bulldog. These dogs get top tier canine life (much deserved) and make me very very happy!

About: I work remotely and can provide strong around the clock care to your furry family. I have paid experience watching dogs, cats, fish and crabs. I also frequently volunteer with barn animals. As I mentioned, I work remotely. I work 8am to 4:30 pm with two 15 minute breaks a day. This gives me the ability to have a constant eye on the pets I care for. I provide care by treating your animals as if they were my own. I can provide frequent pictures and updates. If your pet gets lonely or wants a play mate I have the ability to bring my dog Ben along. When I bring him with me I will ensure that he is up to date on all of his immunizations.

About: I have loved animals for as long as I can remember. I grew up around dogs, cats, birds, reptiles and more and could never get enough. I have worked 1-1 with a dog trainer to up my skills and have experience boarding, training and walking pets of all ages. If you have reptiles and would like to book pet sitting please feel free to reach out and we can book that externally! I have a flexible schedule so I can work around your pet care needs and make their experience exciting and special! If there are any special requirements I will always work with you and your pet to make sure their needs are met in the best way possible! Pet comfort and safety is my top priority. On walks I always carry a spare leash just in case we encounter other off lead dogs and I need to secure them!

About: I have had various experiences with dogs and cats. I grew up around animals. I have dog sit and cat sit for friends and families for multiple years now and am very reliable. I have let sit for large dogs that are in older age and needs special care. I have also pet sit for multiple pets at once. It was a small dog and 2 cats. We went in walks, had cuddles, and played games. We even got to play with some toys. I am currently on summer break from teaching and am completely free. As I am not teaching right now I am able to be flexible to your needs of your pets. Whether that is going for a walk or going outside to play. I have my own apartment and it is animal friendly. Due to this the environment is very safe and inviting. In my home it is very calm and clean. This is important just in case your pet has allergies. Since I don’t have any pets myself I am able to give lots of care and attention to your pets.

About: For as long as I could remember I’ve been my family’s go-to pet sitter. Anytime my Grandmother had a doctors appointment or my Aunt and Uncle left town, I would be their first choice. I love animals and caring for them, making them comfortable when their families are gone is not an easy task but easing their anxiety and keeping them comfortable is a very rewarding job. I’ve worked with rover in the past when I was in high school and it was a great experience. I am currently working part time but my schedule is relatively flexible. As far as boarding goes there is and will always be someone at the house caring for the dogs 24/7. I have a large plot of land adjacent to my house for the puppies to play in. I currently have three very friendly small dogs who love to play and make friends.
