“We were passing through town and needed daycare for our chihuahua. Shihong took Peanut on short notice, picked her up to take her on a walk around the block with his dog, Cotton, and reported back that things were going well! Peanut had a couple accidents in the house and he was unfazed. He was diligent about socializing her to his dog and by the end of the day they were snuggled in the crate together. Wish we could bring Peanut to Shihong every day! Highly recommend.”

From the very beginning Janet was an absolute sweetheart, meeting me on the porch to grab my little guy, asking pertinent questions to be sure she was doing the best for him and even putting up low wires in her house to keep him from chewing them (puppy) Dash took to her immediately, tail wagging and kisses like she was an old friend of his, since dogs are a good judge of character, I just knew this was going to be a great day for him. From picture updates, to her summarizing their daily activities for me, I was totally at ease and had a happy heart with my decision to reach out to Janet to keep Dash for the day. “I wish I could give more than 5 stars. Rebekah and her daughter, Evelyn, were fantastic. Jax is a 4 month old puppy, so he is high energy. This presented no problem! Not only did he get exercise and stimulation, he was given a little new training, learning "nose" and "high 5". I got pix each day, showing my boy happy and enjoying his day care. He came back to me each night happy and tired, and was ready and willing to start all over again the next day. Rebekah treated Jax as her own, which made me a happy fur baby Mom. About: I’ve been a pet care taker for 10 years off and on. I’ve had pets all my life. I work from home so they’re never alone for long! I work from home so I am able to play with the animals frequently and let them go outside to potty. They love the all day attention! I have lots of treats to offer and I’m always buying new toys for them. We always have fresh water and feeding is morning and evening.

About: I love dogs they can tell. I have a boxer that enjoy running with and playing engaging games. I don't mind walking and running in winter weather. I enjoy working with dogs that want to get out and run but I'm also enjoying working with dogs who have gained some pounds and need a walk... who hasn't been there!? I think happy dogs are less destructive dogs and less distructive dog means happier owner. My hours and availability maybe changing relatively soon, but I am available every day before 8 and every day after 3 im available for overnight stays or weekend stays. About: I have loved and worked with animals for as long as I can remember. I have always had pets in my house until now and would love to be able to help someone out while also spending time with their best furry friend(s). I love walking and being outside just as much as I love animals so your pets will definitely get the exercise that they need while still being carefully cared for and loved of course. I do not believe in punishment, and will not use aversive tools such as shock, choke, and prong collars. If these are the tools that you use in your home, I will use my own harness or collar while caring for your companion. I believe in providing our companions with agency and understanding, not fear and restriction.
