About: Hello! My normal day job is in the field of wildlife biology, but I enjoy pet sitting while in between jobs. I was the primary caretaker of the dogs, cats, and other critters in my house growing up! Since then, I've fostered and boarded cats of all ages, raised kittens to be ready for adoption, and have extensive volunteer experience with dogwalking and handling dogs. While in between work contracts I am super flexible. When I am in a contract, I work in the daytime, but am free most afternoons a week for dogwalking. My work schedule is fluid, so I have some weekdays available on a case-by-case basis. Your dog will always be safely on-leash when outside, and will always have their ID info on them. The home is pet-proofed and if your pet is alone, they can be crated to make them feel safer.

About: I have a long history of caring for my own pets as well as others' (especially friends or family). I am comfortable administering medications as needed. Your pets' safety and comfort are my top priority. I currently work a typical 9-5 office job, so I am most available in the evenings and weekends. Depending on the location, I can also do a lunch-time walk/feeding during the week if needed. I always prefer to petsit at your home for the comfort of your fur babies. Changing environments can be stressful for pets and cumbersome for you, so I make it convenient for everyone by coming to you! It gives me so much peace of mind knowing my boys are with someone I trust and who cares about them! If there’s a 6 star I could give her, I would.
I hate leaving my cat, but hiring Jane and Adam to check in on her was the best decision I could have made. So thorough with all her care, attentive to her needs, willing to be flexible with the times that fit her meals, and extremely prompt with communication. The written updates and pics every morning during Adam’s visit were so enjoyed and made me feel at ease that my fur baby was in great hands. I definitely have my go to sitter now whenever I need one in this area.
Danielle took great care of of our kitty! She arrived on time for her twice daily visits and sent pictures from every visit. I could tell our cat liked her. Twice daily medication was given as well. We will be contacting Danielle again for future sitting needs.
Alessandra arrived early and stayed a little longer taking care of Minnie tonight and I very much appreciate that. Minnie was kept happy with Alessandra playing the fishing pole game with her which boosted her appetite and mood. She’s very interactive and enjoys company as she did with Alessandra when she played with her.
Meghan did an awesome job with Quinn. Quinn is tough in warming up to people. Even though Meghan had come by to meet Quinn before I left town and everything at that visit went great, Quinn would not let Meghan put a leash on her during the first visit to take her for a walk. Meghan kept me updated and offered to come back a few hours later. The 2nd attempt went great, thanks to Meghan’s patience and a few helpful treats. There were no further issues. I’m thankful for Meghan’s patience through it all!!
