I have extensive experience with both small and large dogs, caring for both great danes and mini bernedoodles. I grew up with two cats and two golden retrievers. My love for animals was my defining personality trait as a kid. I volunteered at The Naples Humane Society about 8 hours a week, caring for every kind of dog and cat you can imagine. I can read dog/cat body language very easily and know when they need something. In addition to dogs and cats, growing up I had two fish tanks, a tortoise, a terrarium of poison dart frogs, and hamsters that were all my full responsibility. As I got older, I knew I wanted to work with animals. I originally was on course to major in zoology at the University of Florida in hopes of becoming a wildlife vet. When I came to the tough realization that being a vet means constantly seeing animals in pain, I switched my degree. I now work in photography and digital marketing and currently have no pets of my own, so I cherish the time I have with animals. My schedule is super flexible. I’d love to have a furry friend accompany me on my walks and to hang out with while I work remote.
