About: I grew up with dogs and have had my own for 6 years. I also have 2 cats I took in off the street. I've had high maintenance and nearly untrainable dogs. I currently have a regularly medicated bulldog. I also semi regularly do house/puppy sitting for family friends with a 110 pound American Bully. No animal is too stubborn or rowdy for me. I truly believe animals just need compassion to have a connection. I changed careers to have a more stable home life, which I needed. But it definitely created a lack of passion in my life. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
