During a meet and greet with Beth she put me at ease pointing out the positive behavior Hedwig was behaving with the other dogs. While on my ten day vacation, she sent me a video of Hedwig wanting to play with another dog as well as 3 pictures of him relaxing and he looked happy. He even slept under her bed at night. We left our two pups with Paloma. She was super easy to communicate with and we did a meet and greet before just to make sure all the pups got along. Our dogs don’t always eat well when at a new place and she did a great job making sure they did. They came home tired and happy. We would use her again and recommend her to friends!
Shelby was great. We did a meet and greet prior to boarding and she answered all my questions. It’s nice that Shelby has extensive experience boarding dogs (sometimes for months for active duty military). My dog is high energy and often won’t eat the first day I leave her with a rover but Shelby put her at ease and she was chomping on her dental chew the first night! I really appreciated her responsiveness and frequent updates during my time away. It was awesome that she already has a crate in her house so I didn’t have to bring my own. I would recommend her services to a friend. Thanks for taking such great care of my girl! 🐶
We were nervous to leave Ringer with anyone for 2 weeks as she is 13yrs old, hearing impaired, and has separation anxiety. During the meet and greet, Larry reassured us that the dogs will never be left alone and that he has experience with senior dogs. We could tell he cared as he had notecards with facts about each dog. He even gave Ringer a care package of treats and toys to take home. Larry is very laid back and has a calming demeanor. He sent us updates every couple of days while we were away and Ringer appeared very relaxed in the photos. When we arrived to pick her up, she was laying on the front porch with Larry and some of the other dogs. At first, she didn’t want to leave and went back inside which reassured us she had a good stay. Will book again. Thanks Larry!
