About: I started volunteering at the Humane Society at the age of 11, where I fell in love with caring for animals. I lived on a base where people traveled frequently and I was trusted to keep their pets safe and looked after. I now work at a dog daycare/ boarding facility as a kennel attendant, so I have the proper training to take care of your pets. I enjoy my job and have lots of love to give to animals! My schedule is very flexible. I have a two hour lunch break when I do work, and I only work part time. I am a college student and even with next semester coming up, I still will be very available. Unfortunately, I am unavaible at the moment for boarding at my house because of the pets in my household. Hopefully in the near future I will be able to!

“I highly recommend Alaina for overnight, in-home pet-sitting. She stayed in my home to watch my adult reactive dog for three days. I received consistent, proactive updates throughout her stay on how my dog was doing and what he was up to without me needing to ask. She even let me know when he had positive experiences with triggers. My dog has a strict routine because of his behavioral problems, and she kept him on his routine very closely and made sure to let me know ahead of time if/when her schedule conflicted with accommodating his normal routine. About: I have experience with all animal types including dogs, cats, horses, livestock, birds, pocket pets and some reptiles. I am a licensed vet tech so I am also comfortable medicating animals that need it. I have 7 dogs and 3 cats, all of which are friendly with other animals. I will treat your pets as if they are my own no matter if they are being boarded or just going for a walk. Please feel free to ask any questions regarding your pets and their needs while you are working, vacationing, etc. I can care for pets early before work, mid-day and late after work. On weekends my schedule can be more flexible depending on what activities I have going on. Any dogs that come into my home will be treated as if they were my own. I have a fenced backyard for the dogs to play in. Boarding dogs will have their own room to hang out in.

About: I have lived with dogs my whole life and am comfortable with all sizes and breeds, as well as cats. I am a collegiate soccer player, so any activity level is no problem for me! I have about 5 years of experience house and pet-sitting for neighbors and family friends. I am comfortable giving pets medication and taking them for long runs/walks. I am currently taking two online courses at Virginia Wesleyan University over the summer. I have responsibilities to practice and stay fit for the women's soccer team. I am free every day of the week aside from a few travelling trips and will devote all of my attention to your animals! I will be sure to provide the utmost standard of care to my client's homes and pets. No task is too much. Beyond caring for the animals, I can aid in chores and house upkeep. No pet will be put in an unsafe situation or made to feel stressed out under my watch.
