About: I was a pre-vet student for 2.5 years before deciding to switch to humans. I had dogs from birth until I was 17 when my family dog passed away. I currently own 3 cats and 2 chinchillas! I grew up with a Husky, German Shepherd, and Collie so I am super comfortable with big dogs! I live in a smaller apartment so for me to own/host a dog would be unfair to the dog, but I would love to be able to walk/run and play with dogs of all sizes. I grew up with a dog who was on medication and special food so I am good with handling restricted diets, restricted activities, nail trimmings, and giving any kind of medications. I am currently free any day of the week due to being in maternity leave until September when I return to work part time as a nurse. I follow the rules the owner informed me of. If they require special care I will provide that care. Will keep the secure on leash/harness and keep an eye on them when outside. I leave your home as if I was never there so you don’t come back to any type of mess. I typically bring all of my own food and toiletries.

About: I have always had pets growing up for as long as I can remember. I treat all dogs I meet as if they are my own and love to spoil them. I am currently working full time at a job with a very inconsistent schedule. I will always keep my calendar up to date for when I am available. I love taking dogs on walks, playing with their toys, and showering them with all the love they deserve. My dog and I can’t wait to meet some more dog friends!

About: Hello! I’m a passionate, aspiring dog trainer with a special love for German Shepherds. I recently raised a litter of puppies, which deepened my understanding of early puppy development and the importance of critical socialization. That experience sparked a stronger interest in training and caring for dogs during their most impressionable stages and beyond. I’m currently expanding my hands-on experience and would love the opportunity to care for your dog—whether it’s through boarding, walks, or helping with basic training and structure. I’m reliable, patient, and genuinely dedicated to each dog’s unique needs. Whether you have a playful pup or a more mature dog, I’m here to provide a safe, structured, and loving environment. Let’s give your dog a happy, enriching experience! I’m currently doing pet care full time with aspirations of starting my very own dog training program one day. I’m soaking up all of the experience I can get right now. My backyard is secured by a 6ft wooden privacy fence and features a 900sqft barn which has multiple crates for dogs of all sizes. My house is dog friendly as well being completely puppy proofed.

About: I would make a great dog sitter for you because I genuinely love spending time with dogs, and I have a deep understanding of their needs and behaviors. My passion for animals drives me to create a nurturing and safe environment for them, where they can feel comfortable and happy. I have spent countless hours observing and interacting with dogs of various breeds and temperaments, which has equipped me with the knowledge to recognize their unique personalities and requirements. Additionally, I ensure that each dog receives proper care and attention tailored to their specific needs. This includes monitoring their health, administering any necessary medications, and being attentive to any signs of discomfort or distress. I am committed to creating a positive experience for both the dogs and their owners, giving pet owners peace of mind knowing their furry friends are in capable hands. I’m currently not working so my availability is pretty open. I’m very flexible when it comes to times. I can do drop ins and sitting pretty much anytime. It's essential to conduct drop-ins on the dogs they care for to ensure their well-being and comfort. Regular visits play a crucial role in maintaining the dogs' daily routines, which can significantly reduce stress and anxiety for the animals.

“Marlana is everything any pet owner could ask for. She took such great care of Dax and my two cats. while we were out of town. I'm new to Rover, marlana was extremely patient with me and all of my questions and concerns. She sent pictures daily of the animals and also FaceTimed me. She bought Dax a toy that he absolutely adores! The biggest compliment I can give her is that she was patient with Dax he has seizures and takes awhile to get used to people. Whether it’s rescuing a stray cat or gently caring for a sick bird, her heart is always open to every creature. She has an innate kindness and empathy that shines through in everything she does. What truly impresses me is her sense of responsibility. She takes care of the family pets with such dedication, ensuring they are well-fed, exercised, and loved. I can see how much joy and fulfillment she gets from caring for animals, and it fills me with pride to see her nurture her passion in such a meaningful way. She is responsible and trustworthy with any task or favor is ask of her.
