About: We lost our last little guy in February 2024. It’s the first time in 35+ years without at least one dog under the same roof, and it’s felt like something essential is missing. I have such a love for dogs, and would love to pass that on to yours while you have to be away from them. That’s my main reason for being a Rover Sitter. I’m semi-retired and work from home, so your dog(s) will get my full attention. Your dog(s) will get care, love, playtime and exercise. Outside, they'll be supervised, whether they’re just roaming, playing or doing their business. I myself love to walk, and welcome having your dog as my walking buddy. Inside, they'll get a lot of attention and affection whether playing ball, or just chilling out. If you've got a senior, I am very experienced in that care, whether simple TLC, boosts when standing, meds, multiple bathroom breaks, etc. Our dogs were allowed on the furniture, and slept on the bed with us; I respect and will follow your rules for that, though. For those who like to sleep in their own "den," I have a lot of experience with crate training also. I'm happy to do a meet-and-greet before the first visit to make sure everybody's comfortable -- both canine and human. Photos and updates are happily available while you're away. I work from home, and have a very flexible schedule throughout the day. I can sit with your dog(s) any day of the week and/or weekend. Outside, they'll be supervised, whether they’re just roaming, playing or doing their business. I myself love to walk, and welcome having your dog as my walking buddy. About: I've had animals all my life. From cats to dogs to hedgehogs. It's always been important to me to show animals how much they're loved and appreciated because they have feelings too. I am 19 but didn't really start actually feeding a walking my animals until I was older to do it with my family. When I go to my friend's house I always love taking the dogs on walks, drives, or even just cuddling. I've experienced all animal ages from puppies/ kittens to senior dogs. I am currently on summer break from college. I will be a sophomore in the fall. I have a cat and family dog. My cat tipsy is who I take back to college with me. I wake up, feed him, play and cuddles then he usually naps and does his own thing. I clean his box and then feed him at dinner time. Same goes with my dog Lucy if my parents need me to give her, her medicine if they aren't there. They're both lazy and keep each other entertained so I have so much time throughout the day. I am very good with instructions and directions. if animal needs medicine I am great with that; my dog also takes medicine morning and night. If needing crating when I leave that's great too. I'm good with what ever you need my help for.

About: I’ve been a reliable dog sitter for family and friends for 25 years. I’m excited to meet new dog friends and enjoy making memories with your pet! I am a flexible stay at home mom with one dog of my own. I am able to assist families on a short notice or plan ahead! I have one dog in my home that is friendly with other dogs. We have a large fenced in backyard for play. We also have space for crated dogs.

About: I have taken care of all kinds of animals since I was 10, some of the animals I have taken care of are cats, dogs, and rabbits. Currently I am a full time student at East Tennessee State University, but I am done with classes early in that day to where I have time to spend time with my own pets or anyone else’s I am helping take care of I have done drop ins with my aunts dogs multiple times and have done overnight take with their dogs also. My rabbits are kept in x-pens but when I am home they are let out to run around.

About: i have hands on experience working in pet care for 2 years and counting. Having worked as an operations manger at a shelter where i oversaw all pet care, handling, medications , feeding and etc! Currently, i work at a doggy day care/ boarding facilty! Where i continue to provide attentive care, manage group play time, maintain a safe environment for all the dogs!! My background is combined with leadership and a huge compassion for all animals! I currently work at a doggy daycare/ boarding facilty. i have a fairly consistent schedule of M-F 6am-3pm!! which will allow me to have some flexibility & reliably plan around schedules and make accommodations as needed! While i do live in apartment with a large unfenced grassy area , i provide a safe , supervised outdoor time using leashed or long leads if preferred for exercise & potty breaks! Inside, pets are kept comfortable in a pet- friendly environment shared with my dog & 2 cats! I ensure all pets will be monitored closely at all times , given plenty of attention & kept on regular routines to feel at home. I’m willing to accommodate as much as i can to make your pets feel as comfortable s possible!

About: I’ve been a life-long animal lover and pet caretaker for my own furry family members and others as well. I’ve cared for small cats and dogs up to 100+ pound doggos. If your pet needs to be picked up or carried that’s no issue for me! I own and operate a business that allows me a lot of flexibility and free time so I can care for my pets and yours almost any time. My 3 dogs are my family. We share living spaces, eating spaces and napping spaces! I love sharing car rides with them and taking them on walks with the family.

“Kylene is terrific. We were in the area for vacation and were able to get out for some long hikes and activities because of her. She has been wonderful with both our dogs who have very different needs, a 1 1/2 year old super energetic puppy and a 12 1/2 year old year slower senior dog. She did several drop-in visits and each time we came home to two happy, calm pups. Kylene was responsive, remembered all the info about each dog and treated them and our rental home as we would. About: I have had animals my entire life, I’ve had little dogs and big dogs! I currently have 5 dogs, goats, chickens, pigs and three horses! I’m very comfortable with all animals. I’m flexible with what you need done, and I am comfortable giving medication if needed. I am a stay at home mom to a sweet 4 month old, but occasionally work as a hospice nurse. I am available any time I’m not working! I will treat your fur babies the way I would want mine treated and loved. I have hired people to take care of my animals plenty of times, and I know the trust it takes.

About: I grew up on a farm so I have a lot of experience helping and sitting various different animals but especially dogs! I’m very good with high energy dogs or pups with anxiety!
