About: I’ve been around animals since the beginning of my life. I grew up with cats & dogs, small & large. I started learning about dog training in 2020, I trained my first service dog in 2022. I’m always working to learn more & continuously improve my knowledge. Body language is a huge factor when it comes to taking care of dogs & making sure they’re comfortable in their environment. I’m great with puppies as well & can help out with basic training. Any questions please feel free to ask! I work from home, so I start my day by taking my dog out to our apartment property’s dog park to use the bathroom, & get play time in, then I bring him in to feed him breakfast. If dog parks make you uncomfortable, I can always take your dog when the parks unoccupied. For meal time I make sure all dogs are separated from each others food. If your dog has trouble eating I always keep toppers on hand or different types of food such as, raw/cooked/air dried/& freeze dried. In the case there’s a medical emergency we have an emergency vet 15 mins down the road. If your dog needs to be crated when left unsupervised or for bedtime we have a crate sized for medium/large breeds. Animals are allowed on furniture & the living room is dog proof with lots of toys & beds, we keep the kitchen & bathroom off limits to prevent anyone from getting into something they’re not supposed to have. My dog has also been trained to be gentle with small animals as well to make sure everyone is comfortable & safe in their environment. If your dog eats too fast I offer slow feeders in my home.

About: My veterinary assistant experience with small and large animals sets me apart as I keep a close eye on your animal’s health and well-being. I am not easily spooked, but I want your pet to receive the best care I can give. I am not a trainer, but I am comfortable dealing with some pets with behavioral issues. I want to create the safest and most comfortable environment for your pet, your sanity and myself! I currently work four days a week and have a three day weekend. I am looking to pet sit for people who are going on a short trip or need routine weekend care. I can be flexible with week nights, but it will need to be established well in advance. I was a head Vet Technician at an animal hospital for 3 years. There I dealt not only with feeding, bathing/grooming, the handling of sick and healthy animals of all kinds, boarding, surgery recovery, medicine administration and overall care of the animals but also cleaning, sanitizing and bedding of sleep/living areas for them. I have experience with handling plenty of loving, friendly fur babies and I do also have experience with those few feisty stubborn ones! I get it we all have bad days! In their home any messes from pets will always been cleaned up even if just for a pop in. Your home is your home and that is respected 100 percent. For my home, the pet still will go by precisely what the client asks. They are accepted into my home as if they are another one of my own pets. In this house the animals are allowed on the furniture and to sleep in bed with me if that's what they are comfortable with. I live on a dead end with a small creek behind my home. I have long leads and plenty of grass in a safe, secluded, quiet, peaceful, animal friendly area for potty breaks and outside play time. I have some clients that like to have a picture sent to them of their fur baby each visit which I'm always more than happy to do! Who doesn't love receiving a little photo shoot of their beloved pet!?

About: I have experience with dog walking, pet sitting, and energy work/healing with animals. I also volunteered with the Humane Society in Vieques as well as the Wildlife Rehabilitators of Rhode Island and I have experience working as a veterinary assistant. I have also had my own pets most of my life, up until my most recent passed away. I consider myself a true lover of animals for sure and would be honored to work with yours. I work mostly weekends as a server in PVD and I'm currently finishing my PhD so am home for most of the week. At my own home I have a yard, not fenced but am near the water which provides a great place for walks. As for caring for the pet in the clients's home I'd do exactly what asked of me and make the animal(s) as comfortable as possible while their humans were away. I can be available most of the time on most days of the week. My time away from the home would be 3-4 days a week for about 7 hours max. While I don't have a fenced in yard, I do have a decent sized yard in the back of my house and the ability to use a runner as well. I also am happy to take the animals on hikes and feel comfortable having them in my car as well.
