About: I have cared for and loved dogs and cats since I was 11. I enjoy walking my dog and my neighbor's dogs any chance I get. I have always had a passion for caring for animals and I enjoy doing so as often as I can! After May 29th I will have a very flexible schedule, which allows me to care for your animals whenever necessary. Please communicate with me about what your pet's needs are and how often I will need to be there for them, so I can plan my schedule around you and your furry friend! On Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays, I’m available after 5:00 PM. Wednesdays are a little later in my schedule, with availability beginning around 9:00 PM. About: I don't know that anything sets me apart, if you love a animal you love them, you do whatever needs to be done without question and with love. I'm retired at this point but I enjoy animals of all kinds, I take care of many friends and families animals when they go away vacation, work, or in the case of any kind of emergency. I always do my very best to be as gentle as possible with all pets! I tend to avoid using "alpha" proving tactics unless it is necessary for my or your pets safety (ex. scruffing, using chokers tightly, using the shock option over the buzz option on an electric collar). I see these options as only being necessary when the pet is acceptionally aggressive and may hurt myself, itself, or others. I'm also very cautious around doors as I know many pets would take the opportunity to bolt it into the street if they could. I can handle bruises and scratches well from excited pets! I'm usually always covered in them from my own fur babies.
