We reached out to Kathy to ask clarifying questions and were immediately put as ease. It was great to know that our cats could feel comfortable navigating her house and have as much quality time as possible - just like their everyday life! Upon meeting Kathy in person and speaking to her about all of our cats’ preferences including one very social cat and the other cat taking time to warm up to strangers (like 24 hours). She kept us updated and informed us about any concerns. I decided to extend my trip so I reached out to Kathy as soon as possible to ask if she could add another week’s stay to the boarding.
