About: We have always had pets (Mostly Dogs) growing up and have never met a dog or cat that didn't like us. We are the type of people that animals (Fur Babies) just feel at ease with. From the smallest of toy and lap dogs to the much larger Great Danes and Mastiffs. We will always get along, even the dog that nobody can handle and scares them. My patients never wears thin and eventually all, even the most stubborn pet warms up to me. This girl is amazing! We left Tuesday morning. Julie showed up on time as expected and about 30 minutes later an historic storm hit. The power went out and at our house that means no water or septic either. Julie spent the last 5 days at our house with our pups not missing a beat. She kept a positive attitude the entire time and frankly handled the situation better than I would have. She offered to removed spoiled food from fridge and came up with work arounds to make it all work. We cannot recommend her enough. Oh and one of our dogs is very anxious and she somehow gains his trust quickly every time. Thank you Julie!
Laylani did an amazing job caring for our pets while we were on vacation! Our family flaked on us, and Laylani made what could have been a stressful situation super easy from the start (before we even left!) Her communication was excellent! She gave us daily updates, many with pictures. We knew our pets were in great hands while we were gone! She also saved us from potential disaster when our return flight was canceled last minute! We really can’t say enough good things about Laylani, and would recommend her to anyone!
