At first, Max was a bit hesitant and unsure, but Sebastián approached him with patience and genuine kindness. He took the time to build trust, never rushing the process, and it truly shows. Now Max is much more relaxed, and he genuinely enjoys Sebastián’s company and their walks together. Sebastián is also excellent with communication, always keeping me updated and making me feel at ease. I highly recommend him—he clearly knows what he’s doing and takes the time to do things the right way.
Yasmim is amazing! This is our first time using Rover and Yasmim made this new experience super smooth. She cared for our dog Buddy for a whole week, stopped by several times per day, played with him, fed him, went outside with him, and kept me updated every time, including pictures and notes! We have had other people watch Buddy before and usually they don't play with him, but Yasmim did. I treat my pets like family and she really impressed me. I highly recommend her and will definitely be booking her services again for our Buddy from now on.
Cant express how much i would recommend Eliza to anyone who needs their fur babies looked after.
