“She was very patient, understanding, and wonderful! Very easy to work with. I appreciate how well she took care of my dogs and how willing she was to work with me. I’ve recommended her to my friends and co-workers, and would love to use her again!”

About: Ever since I was a little girl, I've taken care of all manner of pets. From cats and dogs, all the way down to small critters. I do vest with dogs, but no critter is too much work for me. I have experience in administering medication, preventing altercations, and handling emergencies like illness or injury. I'm currently looking for work as a whole. The road to getting jobs, part-time or full-time, has been very long. I've had good jobs in the past! But as of now, I'm free every day aside from Thursdays. Day, night, I'm happy to do whatever is necessary for your pet. Boarding will be a small challenge for me, as I do live in a duplex. I don't have a fenced in-yard, but there is a few parks that I'm more than willing to take dogs to, and my home is very clean
“We are very grateful for Tanya she kept us updated and even had to bath our Havapoo who likes to play in the mud…talk about going above and beyond! We will be back and would love to see Tanya again”

“Hannah and Dylan are truly amazing!! They were so thoughtful and responsive! We received lots of updates and pictures of our dog! I will definitely be using them again!”

“Kylee did a wonderful job watching our cats while we went on vacation. We have three cats, one boy and two girls. She cared for them for four nights. She provided daily updates and sent pictures as well. It was nice knowing they were well cared for while we were away. She is now our first choice for care for our cats when we are out of town.”

“Samantha was great watching my cats last minute. She ensured they had a cooldown space and company when they were ready. On top of all that, she’s just super cool person.”

“You can trust Jenny with your babies! Jenny was great. She sent me daily updates and pictures and was quick to respond. I was nervous to leave my puppy with someone for the first time but it was a great, easy experience. I would definitely recommend her and plan on using her again!”

“Paige was wonderful!!! I knew Puppo was comfortable and happy and safe. She sent photos and updates everyday! We were so happy with the communication and process of booking and everything about the experience. We lived how much she treated Puppo like her own and are so thankful for her services!!!!”

“Cheryl is just great, she treats your pup just like her own. She watched our older Shih Tzu and I could tell from the pictures she sent and text messages that Honey was doing great. Highly recommend her.”

“Jeffery was reasonably priced, prompt in replying and communicated well what to expect. He was very kind and seemed to let Abigail get comfortable at her own speed as she's never stayed with anyone other than 2 or 3 immediate family members. Jeffrey sent pictures as promised and had her packed and ready to go when i picked her up. This was my first time using Rover and very relieved to find Jeffery! I hope he agrees to keep her should the need arise in the future!”

“Kylie is simply amazing. You can tell that she truly cares for the pets in her care by their reactions because they are calm and so happy. When my babygirl is with her, I have no worries because I know shes safe and loved. I’m sure Cleo will miss being around her and her family. I know I will🥰”

“Sasha was great with my mini Goldendoodle, Archie! She provided constant updates and photos, which really gave me peace of mind while I was away. Archie looked happy and well taken care of the entire time. She was also very flexible when I needed to change the dates, which I really appreciated. I would definitely trust Sasha to watch Archie again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and caring sitter.”

“Eric did a wonderful job with our dog. Cider was healthy and happy when we picked her up. Eric was responsive to messages and sent us daily pictures and updates. We will use Eric again!”

“Heather was a life savor when my previous sitter canceled last minute! She loved my pup as her own and constantly kept me updated with the sweetest photos. Will definitely be contacting her again!♥️”

“Keitel and his family were amazing. I honestly don’t think my dog wanted to come back! Keitel was attentive to Bugsy’s needs and made him comfortable during his stay. I will definitely be using him again.”

About: I have cared for my friends and families pets while they were away for multiple years. I have experience with grooming, feeding and walking multiple breeds of dogs. I will spend plenty of quality time with your fur baby to help keep them both mentally and physically healthy while you are away. I have a special place in my heart for cats. So if you have a kitten or adult cat that needs someone to check in on them and a little play time then I would love the opportunity to get to know them. I currently work a full time job with day shift hours. I would be able to care for your fur baby on evenings or weekends. Occasionally a couple days during the week. I have a large fenced in back yard with plenty of room for my pup to run. My daughter and I enjoy evening walks with our pup and bathing her weekly.

While each sitter sets their own vaccine requirements, staying up-to-date on your dog’s vaccines is the best way to be "boarding ready". Vaccinations help create a safe environment for all pets under a sitter’s care.
Many sitters in KS ask that dogs be up to date on core vaccines like the Canine Parvovirus, Canine Distemper, Canine Adenovirus, Bordetella, and Rabies.
By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
Every qualified booking made on Rover is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes reimbursement for eligible emergency vet care.
