“She is wonderful! Goes above and beyond to take care of my babies. I forgot to leave a door unlocked for her on one of my trips and this sweet angel crawled through my window for me. 10 stars! 🤩”

About: Reliable, Experienced & Ready to Care for Your Pets! Animals have always been a big part of my life. I’ve volunteered at a nature center caring for reptiles, worked as a farm hand, and helped care for my family’s cattle. I’ve also grown up with dogs, cats, chickens, hamsters, and other furry and scaly friends. You can count on me to provide dependable, attentive care tailored to your pet’s needs. Whether they need exercise, playtime, companionship, feeding, or extra patience, I’ll help them feel safe, happy, and loved while you’re away. You’ll enjoy peace of mind knowing your pets are in caring, capable hands and receiving regular attention and care. 💕 Message me to book your pet’s next adventure or care visit! I work full-time (most weeks) in the service industry. I will never work doubles while taking care of your babies. Normal shifts will be from 10-4 or 4-11/12. My management is aware of my use of rover, and is very understanding to slight schedule changes. At my house my animals are spoiled, so I will treat your babies the same. They will get a multitude of cuddles, and just leave any special instructions like meals or medication. (However I am not specialized in injections.)
“Mrs. Bonnie is super Great!!! She takes care of my fur baby while I’m away at work. She always keep me updated on everything that Stormi🐾 does during her stay. Thank you Mrs. Bonnie!”

“First time using Rover and I’m a fan. Alexis did a great job. She communicated well, sent pictures, and was very accommodating. I was able to enjoy my trip without worrying about new kitten bc she took good care of her. Thank you so much, Alexis!”

“After my first meeting with Morgan, I was totally at ease with her taking care of Hank and Dolly Purrton! The daily check-ins and the pictures were amazing. I had to extend my trip to NYC because I was snowed in! Morgan did not hesitate to tell me she would continue to take care of my babies until I could return. Thank Heaven for amazing women like Morgan!”
About: I’ve always loved dogs and have experience caring for pups of all ages, including seniors and high-energy breeds. I provide reliable, attentive, and loving care, making sure your dog feels safe, happy, and well-cared for. Whether it’s walks, playtime, or just good company, I’ll treat your dog like my own! I work part-time and spend more than three out of five workdays from home, so I have plenty of time to care for and play with your pups! I’m available for boarding on weekends and weekdays after 2 PM, ensuring your dog gets plenty of attention and companionship. I have a friendly dog to keep your pup company and provide a loving, safe environment. I can easily crate your dog if needed and will make sure they feel comfortable and cared for while you’re away.
About: I was a dog trainer at Petco for two years and have trained two emotional support dogs for veterans with PTSD, as well as my own German Shepherd. I do not believe in leaving animals unattended for extended periods of time, and have stopped dating people that did not treat their animals like their children. I have an array of experience watching animals from snakes and birds to cats, dogs and aquatic life. Any dog that I have cared for that had "behavioral issues or extreme anxiety" has left my care more adjusted and confident. My home is clean, my backyard secure and the play consistent with the needs of the dog. Pet care is part of my everyday life. My schedule and extracurriculars are based off of my shepherd's needs and care. She is ran at least once a day (extended) or twice a day in shorter bursts. She is never left longer than 4-6 hours without being taken out and walked for potty breaks. We have enrichment play in the evening and maintain a healthy diet for her needs. I ensure that anything dangerous is not accessible to my pets. No toxic plants, loose cords, etc. My backyard is fenced and secured and has grass, shade and patio for them to rest on.

About: Growing up on a farm in the country side has given me ample experiences in all sorts of animals. Dogs, cats, horses and even turkeys! This experience has given me a unique set of skills that can tackle any beloved pet with patience, endurance, and fun. I am currently in a master's program at UMMC in Biomedical Science and am looking for flexible work that will allow me to keep up with living expenses and being able to do what I love best, playing and loving with pets! As someone who has a cat at home, I know what it takes to keep our animal companions safe but having fun at the same time.

You and your sitter can agree on a care schedule that fits your pet’s routine and the sitter’s availability. Pet Sitting can be booked as a one-time or recurring drop-in visit. Many pet parents provide a spare key or arrange a lockbox. You can also exchange keys during the Meet & Greet and show your walker how to use digital fobs or personalized codes. It helps to arrange access to your home, from spare keys to concierge introductions, before pet care begins.
If you live in an apartment or condo, don’t forget to discuss details like buzzer access, codes, or elevator etiquette. These details can help a pet sitter feel more comfortable going in and out of your building.

A Meet & Greet is a casual meeting to vet potential sitters and communicate care needs for peace of mind before a booking begins. Only sitters who have never booked with you before can schedule a Meet & Greet on Rover; however, you are welcome to coordinate one in Rover messages with sitters you have previously booked. This can be helpful if you have a new pet or routine you want to go over with your sitter.
Meet & Greets can take place in person or virtually. If you are booking with a sitter for the first time, we recommend in-person Meet & Greets to get a clearer sense of how your sitter interacts with your pet or the new environment.
During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Meet & Greets are a great way to prepare your pet and sitter for longer stays or first-time bookings. Read our tips for your first Meet & Greet.
sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
