They took the time to listen to some of my dog's quirks and kept me updated throughout her whole stay (plus they took some truly wonderful photos!). My dog was spoiled with walks and love - I can still see it on her face. Michael and Anne were kind and flexible and very communicative, even when I was late to every drop off. She said that would only be for a short time and maybe not at all. She sent several pics of our dog playing outside , interacting inside or making himself at home on a bed. He was safe and returned home tired from all of his play/running around. I was very grateful for Melissa’s care.”
