“In an absolute emergency, Lullia was able to recover my son’s father’s cat, his dad tragically died with a sudden heart attack and nobody could take the cat, we are in a different state and within 2 hours Lullia was able to locate and take care of of the cat for a while week until we could get there to bring her to our home. “Shawna has been keeping Bella for over a year now. She is great with Bella, and Bella loves going to visit Shawna. I get daily updates and I always pick up a happy, healthy dog. She even sets up her couch so that Bella can get up there and sit with them. On her last visit, Bella had a medical event. She began coughing and hacking up foamy spit up. Shawna immediately contacted me and we originally decided just to monitor her. But when it continued everytime Bella drank water, Shawna made the decision to take her to the emergency vet. She kept me informed of everything they were doing and how Bella was being treated.
