About: I’ve had animals in my life pretty much since I was born, so taking care of pets has always been a normal part of my life. I grew up with dogs and have been feeding them, walking them, bathing them, playing with them, and taking care of them on my own for as long as I can remember. I also regularly take care of my neighbors’ pets when they’re on vacation or working long hours, and I’ve watched friends’ pets for longer periods of time, including caring for a dog while they were away in Mexico for a week. I currently have five cats of my own, so I’m very comfortable with cats too! I clean their litter, feed them, play with them, keep them entertained, and make sure they get plenty of attention. I also had a cat who was both blind and deaf, so I have some experience caring for a pet with special needs and understand that they may need extra patience, attention, and adjustments to their normal routine. I think what sets me apart is that I genuinely love animals and have spent my whole life around them. I’m comfortable with both dogs and cats, including pets who may need a little extra care, and I’m happy to follow each pet’s individual routine and give them the same love and attention they’re used to while their owners are away. My work schedule changes from week to week, but I’m very flexible and happy to work around your pet’s routine. I’m completely free all day on Mondays, and on the days I do work, my shifts are usually around 8 hours. I’m available to walk, feed, play with, and care for your pet before and after work. Since my schedule varies weekly, the best way to know my exact availability is to reach out to me with the dates you need. I’m happy to work with you to find a time that works best for both you and your pet! I have two homes where I can care for pets, so I can offer a little flexibility depending on what works best for you and your pet. My Slippery Rock house is pet-free, so dogs and cats are both welcome there! We have a large yard where I can take dogs outside to play and get some exercise, and I can also take them on walks. There are other girls living in the house, but I would be the one responsible for your pet’s care. My Wexford home is an apartment where I have my five cats. All of my cats are vaccinated, healthy, and used to being around other cats, so cats are welcome there as well. I’m not able to have dogs at my Wexford home. I always want pets to feel safe and comfortable, whether they’re staying with me or I’m caring for them in their own home. I’m happy to follow your pet’s normal routine and any specific instructions you have for feeding, walks, medications, or anything else they need.

Her knowledge and experience with dogs, especially considering our high-maintenance Siberian Huskies, left us very confident that we could trust our babies with her while we were away for a week. We have four dogs—three young adult Siberian Huskies and an older mixed-breed. Our four dogs absolutely adored Jen. We've never seen them so attached to someone other than us. Jen communicated regularly and sent us pictures daily, and we could tell our dogs were being well cared for. She was respectful of our home and left it nice and tidy. About: I have ran a small business pet sitting since I was 14 and have watched all types of dogs and cats, as well as reptiles, rabbits, chickens, and a chinchilla. I have also cared for my family’s dogs since I was old enough to be left home alone. I have a fat beagle who is my soul dog and seeing other pet sitters come into my house and the way they treat my dogs has shown me that you cannot trust everyone. I have become very picky about who I leave responsible for my dogs, and can only hope that you can trust me to treat your dog like my own. I am currently a full-time college student and working part-time a few evenings a week. My dad can watch my dog on a moments notice so I have very open availability. I prefer to spend the night in the clients house with their permission, as I feel it gives much more time to bond and give attention to the pet. I usually wake up between 6-7 and would love to take your fur baby for a walk if possible. I have a couple in person classes, but commute to clarion so I am never gone more than a couple hours for classes. Work shifts are never longer than 6hrs and I would be able to spend all my down time at the house. I am very active and love puppies!! But can TOTALLY chill with a senior on the couch watching a movie.
