Brittany is AMAZING!! My family and I adopted Poppy a year ago from an animal shelter and she has definitely stolen our hearts. So naturally like any one who loves their pet like a valuable member of the family, we wanted her to go somewhere safe where we knew she would be well cared for. I was completely blow away by how quickly she adjusted to Brittany and her family. Along with us, they are now a part of the Poppy pack.

About: Lifelong pet owners. We live on 10 acres of farm land here in the country (ONLY 8 acres of my pasture is fenced. The main yard - 2 acres worth, isn't.) We accept any age (newborn-elderly) and any size. Availability: 24/7 (I am a homemaker with ONLY my Ark of animals to care for). Medications. Potty Training. Toys. Treats. Vets and grooming appointment assistance. Special requests. I can accept small female dogs in heat but NOT large ones. You might end up with a St. BERNARD puppy (Morty is fully intact and available for Studding). I can also assist with your other animals (birds, fish, farm animals, etc.) Please let me know what animals you need cared for and we can discuss those rates at that time. As a multipet owner I understand emergencies. My house sitting fees are $100 flat regardless of the number of "house pets" (including chicken) you own (farm animals fees are higher). If you are needing kenneling/boarding in 'my' home, I will match kennel/boarding price you find. I do require confirming current on rabbies. If your pets will be in my home they must have all vaccines including Kennel Cough. If pet has flees this will need to be addressed first so not to infest my home. To make sure we are a good fit for your pet, I highly encourage you to arrange a time to meet my husband and I as well as our current pets. (Warning: Rick and Morty are HUGE but super friendly. They really are terrible guard dogs.) I am pretty much available 24/7. Taking care of fur babies is my career. We have raised dogs from the day of their birth until they take their last breath in 20 years. This is not a home with children. But occasionally the grand babies come visit :) Friends often ask why do your pets live so long and behave so well? The answer is simple: Pets are family. We don't cage them or chain them unless they are naughty. They free feed when they are hungry which keeps them from fighting. They want out we let them out. They want in they come in. They want to play we play. It's simple, Treat them like family. Note: New pets will deal with a leash until they are used to our commands and the new enviroment. Pets under 6 months old: We will require you to bring puppy/kitten food. Adult pet food doesn't have the dietary formulas needed for young animals to break down their food properly.

About: My whole life has been blessed with the love of furry babies. From puppies/kittens to senior babies, their love and happiness has shown my that my souls purpose is to love and be loved by animals. I strive everyday to make my own furry children's lives full of love and show them how grateful we are to have them in our lives and the furry babies that we will be lucky enough to care for will feel the same love and gratitude. I am currently taking time off my full-time travel job so I'm home to take care of your fur babies whenever! Daily walks to check ins to boarding, I am here for them whenever they need me. Our home is open to everyone! We have two loving puppies and four kitties that are all welcoming and up for meeting new friends. Our yard is not fenced (yet!) and our dogs are walked each day and walked around the yard for them to do their business. I am available for drop ins as well and will stay as long as the furry parents would allow (there is NO smoking in our house)!!

About: I have a lot of experience caring for pets and also have experience with babysitting children. My approach is to provide a nurturing and fun environment. Right now I only do school and have plenty of time to spend since I am in a hybrid program and am currently only doing classes online. I take care of my pumpkin baby by letting him out frequently, but most of the time he stands by the door when he has to potty or go outside. And I also cuddle him and put on the TV for him. His favorite shows are Kitchen Nightmares and Strawberry Shortcake.

About: I've owned and taken care of dogs my whole life :) Growing up I mostly had Shih Tzus, Chihuahuas, German Shepherds, Labradors, and other mixed breeds. I spent my summers in high school volunteering at an animal shelter that housed both dogs and cats. I also have experience with farm animals such as chickens and horses. I have even taken care of a pet squirrel, a pet snake, a tortoise, bearded dragons, bunnies, birds, and llamas. I am comfortable administering medication if needed and have injected fluids and given insulin and B12 shots to dogs and cats. I am also a professional animal trainer and have experience training puppies and adult dogs on general obedience, walking on a leash, etc., and I have worked with dogs who have a history of aggressive or destructive behaviors. My schedule changes from week to week. I work a remote job and make my own schedule, so it is easy to fit pet care into my daily routine and be flexible. I also travel frequently and love doing housesits or walks while I’m away from home. Please update your pet’s care info on the app or leave written instructions and have an emergency contact. Your pet's safety and happiness is my #1 priority!

I try to promote spaying and neutering animals to my second graders and to others when the opportunity arises. My husband and I and our children Are and have always been responsible pet owners. We are asked frequently to take care of friends and family pets when they are out of town. I am very good with cats and dogs alike and enjoy spending much of my time with them.

About: My first pet was a black lab when I was 5 years old. Ever since then, I’ve owned a few kinds of animals. My first sitting/boarding experience was when I was 18. I took care of two Rottweilers and one chocolate lab for a year until my friend got her own place. I have two black labs here at home. A male named Jefe (Boss) and a female named Lovey. They're sweethearts and have been great with every dog they’ve come across. Your dogs will be well taken care of. Puppies, elderly, and every doggo in between! Typically, I’m only available afternoons, evenings, and weekends, but my schedule is open right now. I’m home every day of the week doing homework and attending my online classes :) Your pet will be staying in my home (minimal furniture and very few things to knock over) or in my fenced-in backyard. My neighborhood has sidewalks that I like to stroll on, and we have two parks nearby. The only other person living with me is my girlfriend, and I have two black labs with their own indoor living space. My dogs can be kept in their room and outdoors if your visit requires it. :)

About: Friends refer to my home as the petting zoo! A pet friendly location a safe distance from any major roads. The closest neighbor is National Forest, as such, my own animal friends are usually freely scattered throughout the property. I have always respectfully penned the goats upon request while I host guests. As clearly stated by our references, I am an experienced animal keeper. We are that family who will set in the floor to converse with pets while visiting. Together our family has raised an exhausting list of species, worms, bees, beetles, dogs, cats, snakes, tarantulas, bunnies, ducks, turkeys, chickens, peacocks, goats, fish, huge Oscar fish, squirrels, rats, snais, guineapigs, cattle, frogs, tortoises, name one, we have possibly managed one! My 3 children range from age 14 up. There are no little ones or any untrained kids here to hurt or annoy your dogs, but she will surely love and spoil them! We have recently had an old kitty to pass, as you can see in photos this kitty has always stayed by her side while she practiced piano, shared a chair with her when she did school, waited at the bathroom door for her, sat at her feet while she was in time out and beside the tub while she bathed. My oldest daughter manages animal welfare in a prominent pet store. While working she is trusted with transporting their animals to the vet. Anything I haven't yet learned; she is only a phone call away! I have always had dogs, either working, playing, or just cuddlers, I have raised, trained, or sat many breeds! This is an animal home; you can feel the atmosphere as soon as you pull up. I reside on a mountain, All dogs will be leashed while taking potty breaks and outdoor play time. This is a mini farm. I gladly offer overnight, and consecutive day stays. If you're not interested in having me spoil your babies, I may not a favorable choice. The back yard is fenced to ensure your dog can be separated from the rest of the animals if one is concerned with such. They can enjoy the company of the others without full contact. Indoor only is also a respected option. All dogs will be leashed while taking potty breaks. I work at home, therefore I have plenty of time for scratches, snuggles and play! I do require a meet and greet before agreeing. o sit. *Day Care hours are 6:30 am-7:30 pm. Each pet will be allotted up to 8 hours. Pick ups and drop off times must be scheduled. *While house sitting, for my safety, and liability purposes, I will not set while others are staying or visiting the home.
