My dog can be a little nervous around new people, but he warmed up to Michelle immediately. She gave me regular updates, sent the cutest pics, and followed all my care instructions perfectly. When I picked him up, he was calm, clean, and clearly well loved like he had a little vacation of his own. I also really appreciated how professional and down to earth she was.
