She came to meet my fur babies the Friday before their scheduled drop-in which made me feel so much more comfortable. She fed, watered, let them out to potty, and stayed an extra 30 minutes to give them some extra play/exercise time out of their kennel. She messaged me as soon as she arrived, left, gave me a report on the boys, uploaded pictures, and let me know they were safely back in their kennels before leaving. About: Hi, I’m Kristen (I go by my middle name, Lauren)! I’ve been around animals before I started walking. I contribute my love of animals to my mother, who couldn’t hurt a fly. I’ve had my own animals since I was 20 years old. I work alongside my local animal shelter and have fostered for them for the last 5 years. About: I have been dog sitting since i was 15. whether it was my friends, neighbors, family, i have dog sat for long or short periods of time. sometimes it has just been feeding and letting them out for a quick minute, a full weekend or week, or even 3 full months. i have also watched anywhere from 1-6 dogs at a time. i am very experienced and have had animals since i was born, so i’ve grown up around them and get along with them very well. i am a huge animal lover, so i make sure to give them lots of love and attention, especially because i know they are already in distress with their owner being gone. please feel free to reach out to me, and i have multiple references as well!! i do have kind of a chaotic schedule at the moment. however, i am an early riser so i would have plenty of time to get them the attention they need that morning (if needed) and would make sure i can attend to them in a timely manner! if i am needed to stay the night, that is totally fine with me. the dogs can sleep wherever you prefer or what they are used to, even with me, so that they are comfortable. i care for them based off of what you tell me they are used to, or how you would like, and make that work with my schedule. even if i am not needed to stay the night, i still can stay over there for a few hours to make sure they get plenty of exercise and attention.
