About: I've had numerous pets throughout my life and they can be a big hassle. But it's always worth it in the end. I hope I can make it a little easier and reassuring for you! I live with only one cat at the moment, which is surprising I don't have more pets. But I do take care of my sister's 2 dogs sometimes. I kinda miss having more pets, but I can't get any at the moment, sadly. So I'm hoping this a good outlet for that. I hope to stop by and help your pet when I can, or give them a good walk. I always think that pets should get a good walk/run in at least once a day, especially if it's an energetic blue heeler or something. And I always enjoy a walk too. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
