We recently rescued a puppy from a hoarding situation and he is very shy/timid so I was so nervous about leaving him for an entire week when we had to leave town. “Joni is absolutely the BEST! I have a 6 year old Australian Cattle Dog that loves constant attention. I’ve tried traditional boarding in the past at a “pet retreat” but my dog does not typically get along well with other dogs even though I’ve socialized him with training classes, walks, and with other dogs visiting the house. I was worried about leaving my dog for a week since he can’t be with other dogs but Joni handled it with no issues! Joni offered a meet and greet for my dog to get acclimated with her home and a few treats to entice him back. Communication was frequent while I was out of town and Joni even provided pictures. Bottom line, you can’t find anyone better than Joni to care for your dog and I will be booking with Joni in the future!”
“Highly recommend! She took the stress of leaving your dog with strangers away right away. We did an initial meet and greet before confirming the booking. I didnt know what I was doing it was my first using the app and booking a service. She guided me on how to do it and honored the original price which was wrong. I dropped Davenchi off in the evening and I expected I wouldn't hear from Holly until the next day but she started updating me right away. I was able to rest easy the first night because she sent pics and let me know how he was adjusting. Everyday after that I got morning and evening updates with pics and sometimes midday updates if he made new friends or did something special. She even trained him a lil bit for me Hes a 4 month old puppy. Nothing but great things to say. The paw pedicures he received really won me over!”

“We live about 4 hours away in the UP. A family engagement brought us down to the Lansing area, but our accommodations did not allow for our dog. Jordan came with high reviews and was super flexible about a late night drop off and an early morning pickup. We weren't sure how Loki would behave since he has a lot of separation anxiety and this was his first time away from family for two nights. But Jordan was very kind and by the end Loki started to warm up to him. The update and photo put our minds at ease. We would definitely book with Jordan again the next time we are in the area.”
