“Harley was the sweetest and most patient sitter we could have had for our kitties. The one cat who is loving and causes no terrible caused trouble and we had to ask Harley to change up some of what she was doing and she was able to accommodate with a smile. She worked hard to get out kitties to like her and feel comfortable around her. She was incredible.”

About: Hi! I’m a 30-year-old nurse and proud beagle mom to my sweet 5-year-old girl. As someone who works long shifts in healthcare, I truly understand how important it is to have reliable, loving care for your pets when life gets busy. That’s why I’m offering drop-in visits for pets in the nearby area, helping give fellow pet parents peace of mind. My schedule can vary, so I kindly ask for 1–2 weeks’ notice to coordinate visits around my work shifts. I’m also open to overnight house sitting depending on availability—we can chat to see what works best! On my days off, I love getting outside and would be happy to take your pup for a walk on a nearby trail—possibly even alongside my own friendly beagle, if you’re comfortable with that. I’m open to overnight stays after building trust and familiarity with clients, but those will depend on my work schedule. I also occasionally travel, so consistent communication is appreciated for long term planning. About: I’ve been taking care of dogs since I was a kid, training puppies and older rescues alike. I’ve also taken care of kittens and cats, lizards and even ducks! I’m currently in school which occupies my Monday from 1-3 as well as my Tuesday-Thursday. Fridays and weekends leave me open to care for your pet all throughout the day! I have a fenced in yard and walking trails through the woods behind our house that I like to use for our dog to explore and receive plenty of sensory stimulation. I’m very active and enjoy bringing along furry friends for my adventures. My dog and two playful cats will be sure to help entertain your pets!

About: I have always loved interacting with animals, they are a joy to be around. Pet sitting has always been a fun opportunity for me to earn income since middle school, and now that I am embarking on my law school journey, I hope to continue that trend. I am comfortable assisting dogs and cats of any age. I’m dedicated to your pets comfort & happiness, and will treat your pet how I would hope you would treat mine, like family! I have been employed as a full-time nanny in the cheat lake area for the past three years. I will be starting law school at wvu this August! During the week, I will not be confined to a classroom all day, and will be sure to communicate my availability when you reach out with your pets needs. We have a spacious, fully fenced in backyard. Your pet will also have free range of our finished basement. Pictures of the space available upon request! While your animal will not be confined to a crate in our home, we do prefer that they are house and crate trained.

About: Growing up on a farm, I’ve been raised around many animals over the years and have a lot of experience providing them with the best care. As a registered nurse, I am experienced at giving medications and have gained a lot of patience when dealing with mishaps or changes in plans. My big fur baby was an abused stray, who needed a lot of time and dedication. Now, he is healthy and confident in a variety of situations. I gladly welcome dogs that have behavioral issues and hope to build their confidence and trust during their time with me. My work schedule is semi-flexible, allowing for more time at home with the fur babies. I also work remote one day a week. This means that I will have plenty of time to for your furry friend. I am fortunate enough to have a large fenced in yard. Our home is located off of a side road, so there is minimal traffic passing through. My dogs are all flea/tick treated and are mostly indoors. We have a deck that our pups love to lay out on and soak up the sun. We get bark boxes each month, so there are loads of toys. Each dog gets lots of snuggles and scratches every day. Your pup would be treated just as one of our own. I currently work a Monday through Friday job, but can usually curate my schedule to make time for my clients. I can make stops after work, or on weekends if needed. It is important to me that I know temperament, behavioral issues, and regular routine of the animals that I care for prior to my first visit with them. I want to keep the animal on their own regulated schedule as much as possible to alleviate stress on them and pet parents.
