In a client’s home, I follow their normal routine and any specific instructions they provide for feeding, medications, walks, playtime, and bedtime. I make sure they have fresh food and water, plenty of attention, and a clean and comfortable space. I also give pets the time they need to feel comfortable with me and always respect their personality and boundaries. About: I work from home, so pets get consistent attention, supervision, and companionship throughout the day. I provide a calm, structured home where animals feel safe and included in daily life. I’m attentive to routines, exercise, and individual pet needs, and I treat every pet like family. I also have experience in home care work, which strengthened my responsibility, patience, and reliability. I work from home Saturday through Tuesday, so I’m available throughout the day for walks, potty breaks, and lots of attention. I’m also off Wednesday through Friday, which gives me even more flexibility for drop-ins, walks, or extended care. Because I’m home most of the time, your pet won’t be left alone for long periods and will get consistent care and companionship. I provide a calm, safe, and loving home environment where pets can feel comfortable and relaxed. I take introductions slowly and make sure all animals feel secure, especially when meeting my dog. I have a sweet Great Pyrenees mix who is gentle, affectionate, and does best with smaller or calm dogs. Your pet’s safety and comfort always come first. My dog is up-to-date on vaccinations and flea/tick prevention, and I always follow owner instructions closely to make sure your pet’s routine stays consistent.

I am very easygoing, kind, and would love to hangout with your pup! This is not my only job but my schedule is very flexible and i can work around your hours! I am almost always available on sunday and mondays! I can come or go as you please and or crate them! Although I am unable to bring your dog to my house at all

“Amelia was one of the best Rover’s that we have ever used. Our beagle isn’t high maintenance, but we had some last minute medication requests that she was able to help us with. She sent multiple pictures every day and made sure to send updates often. She also went out of her way to take champ on fun walks and even got a little pool for him to hang in outside since it was hot. I can’t recommend Amelia enough!!!!”

About: Hello there! My name is Rachel and I've been a pet owner and sitter for many years. I currently have cats AND dogs and they are all amazing! My dogs are named Norbert and Newt, and they are both some big ole lovers. Growing up without pets in the house, I was always trying to bring friends' pets home! I also dog-sat for one particular family in high school and I loved it. Pet-sitting for me is all the joys of owning a dog only on a part-time basis. I would love to help you and your furry family out in your time of need! Be it for vacation, a new baby, work, or anything else, I can fill in. My longest running regular client used me nearly every weekend in good weather so she could skydive! This lasted almost two years until I moved out of the area. She had 5 hounds and a puppy hound! (I actually delivered the puppies. 😳) I have somewhat flexible availability to take dogs on walks, visit your home, or check in on your pet. I am also available some nights and weekends to dog sit in your home or bring your pet to my home. I have my basement set up for my dogs to have the run of it - it is the coolest part of the house and completely dog friendly! My dogs hang there while I'm at work, then we go for walks as soon as I get home. I would love to meet you and your pet in person to determine if we'd be a good fit! I currently work for the Beaver County Humane Society and I am loving it! My schedule is somewhat flexible, but I always have time for new clients and meet and greets. My pets get the best I can for them, and I feel like I work mostly so I can pay for their food and supplements, lol. I try to walk and play with them as much as they can, and my cats have their own bedroom with a baby gate so they can get away from the dogs if they want to.
