About: I’ve been caring for dogs for years, from energetic puppies to giant breeds! I currently have a 4 month old Great Dane named Ozzy, so I’m no stranger to fast-growing pups with big personalities. Some breeds that I’ve worked with include Pit Bulls, Border Collies, a Great Pyrenees, Pomeranians, Boston Terriers, German Shepherds, a Belgian Malinois, Huskies, and more! Pet care is a part of my daily life—I build my routine around the animals I care for. As a pet parent myself, I’m used to early morning feedings, regular walks, playtime, and lots of cuddles throughout the day. I work from home (or have a flexible schedule), which means I’m able to give pets consistent attention and maintain their usual routines. Whether I’m hosting a dog in my home or visiting pets in theirs, I prioritize their comfort, safety, and happiness. I’m also used to adjusting my schedule to fit specific feeding times, potty breaks, walks, and medication if needed. Because I genuinely enjoy spending time with animals, caring for them never feels like a chore—it’s a meaningful and fulfilling part of my day. Safety is my top priority when caring for your pets. Whether it’s making sure gates and doors are securely closed, using proper leash techniques, or keeping harmful items out of reach, I take every precaution to create a secure environment. I’m trained and experienced in recognizing signs of stress or discomfort so I can intervene early and keep your pet calm and safe. Building trust with both pets and their owners is essential. I approach every new animal with patience and respect, allowing them to get comfortable at their own pace. Communication with owners is open and transparent—I provide regular updates, photos, and feedback to ensure you always feel confident and informed about your pet’s care. I strive to create a calm, loving environment where pets feel at home. About: I have had dogs around for most of my adult life. I raised a small cocker spaniel who had medical issues and required extra attention. Recently we have raised a bernadoodle puppy, with the help of our dog friends! I also share custody of a boxer and Boston terrier. I am a graduate student at the University of Tennessee. I have a very flexible schedule and come throughout the day or evenings as needed! I’m very comfortable caring for pets and always make it a priority to follow any routines or instructions you have in place. I understand how important consistency is for animals, and I’m happy to stick to feeding schedules, walks, playtime, or any special care your pet needs. My goal is to make sure they feel safe, loved, and well looked after while you're away.

About: I am a life long pet owner who loves to watch my friend’s and family’s pets when they’re in need. I have taken care of dogs, cats, and bunnies, including fostering a cat for a friend for a few months while she was away. I am a fairly active person, so I like to go on long walks and play with very energetic animals, but I can also appreciate those who just like company or want their own space. Learning the habits, needs, and quirks of each animal is my favorite part of the job, so I can be sure your animal will get the exact kind of care they need to be happy while you’re away😊 I currently have an open schedule so I will have all the time in the world to hang out with your fur children! The only days that are busy for me are Sundays, but I will still have some time available. I will be going back to work after the new year and will be working second shift, so will have the majority of the day available then as well! I like to stick to the routines that your animals are already used to following as to reduce anxiety as much as possible while you’re away! I definitely think it’s important to give extra love and attention to show that I am a friend and am there to take care of them.

About: I have had dogs and cats my entire life. I love playing with dogs and making sure they are comfortable and well taken care of . I’ve had English Setters, Golden retrievers, and Huskies. Although I do not have any dogs at the moment, I am able to help other owners take care of their four legged family members! I will treat your animals just the way you treat them, with kind and loving care. I enjoy taking dogs on on walks and can ensure that they will get the exercise they need and make sure to cater to any special needs your animal may need. I’m very good with dogs having a calm demeanor and environment for them making them feel as comfortable as possible.

About: Vacations shouldn't just be for the pet parents, the pets should get a new fun experience too. This is why I strive to keep in step with your pet's routines whilst also adding some fun enrichment, ample physical activities, and extra helpings of love and attention. In addition to walks; if your dog is a social butterfly, like me, and they frequent the dog parks; let's go! I have a vehicle built for pet field trips/adventures! I have a gift for helping injured or sick animals recover as well , I just haven't had the opportunity to care for a special needs dog yet. That being said, I am willing to learn and follow your routines for them. I am very dedicated to learning more pet care skills. I even rehabbed an injured squirrel for about a year until she returned to the wild. So, I am skilled in helping pets that may need extra help/care or medical issues that require a little more attention. I am also a Licensed Massage and Cupping Therapist, though I am not certified specifically in pet massage, when I do give a dog a massage....They LOVE it! I am also willing to care for pets other than dogs or cats; within reason of course....not sure I am equipped for Lions, Tigers, or Bears... OH MY! So, reach out let's set up a meet & greet; I would love to come out and meet you and your pets to see if we are a good fit! I have most days free. I occasionally do some pick-up work on some nights here and there, however, it would not be for a great deal of hours, and I am able to get home (or to your pets) at a decent time on those evenings. I do prefer to meet both you and your pets first, before taking on a care request, to assess safety for myself and the pet as well as understanding their surroundings. This allows me and you to evaluate if we are a good fit. I believe this is the first step in creating a solid foundation for a safe and fun experience for all involved. Especially, until your pet(s) and I get to know each other better, I would say I am hypervigilant in the beginning; not just for safety precautions but also to understand their routines, needs, communication styles, learning styles, training levels, etc... I am at their side anytime we go out. Even if you have a fenced in backyard I will either be out there playing with them and helping them get in some physical activity or I watch them closely from a window or door. As we learn more about each other, I take great care in developing solid communication with your pet so that they can understand and respond well. The more "simpatíca" we are, the more trust is built, the better responds to commands, which in turn strengthen that foundation of safety. Beyond the pet safety, If I am house sitting for you, I strive to keep your home safe and clean. I will respect and protect your home as if it were mine. Even If I am not house sitting and only doing drop-ins or walks. I will stay observant and keep your home safe as well; let you know if anything seems amiss, grab your mail so no one knows you aren't at home, rotate which rooms lights are on in your house, etc... A safe environment means a safe pet! I am also good at communicating with the pet parents throughout my booked care time via pictures, videos, texts, and calls. My goal is to make sure no pet parents even have to wonder how their pet is doing. I prefer to keep you in the loop so it's not you having to reach out to me. Communication is key for creating the safest most comfortable environment for any pet.

About: Hi there! I’m Deaf, 20 years old female. Ever since I first can remember, I always love to be around animals. Growing up, we have two amazing dogs, Pogo and Molly. (Unfortunately, Molly passed away last year.) Later on, while I was in middle school, we got amazing family cat, Zuzu. We used to take care of goats. (Tons of babies!) I would sometime going to neighbor and take care of their horses. I always took the offer to take care of dogs for neighbor while they are on vacation. I love to meet new animals everyday. There are couples of time where stray pets wander to our yard. I would take most responsibility to take care and make sure they are okay till they find their home. I used to volunteer at shelter animals and take some course for Vet assistant. I’m very flexible and faster to learn. (All we need to do is communicate through phone text or write paper!) I’m available at any points. I’m willing to work from early morning to midnight during weekdays and weekends. I would like if you let me know 3-4 days in advance. I am committed to giving pets my full attention. I would absolutely love walking them and feeding them, and I will make sure they always have fresh water. If you have a brush for dogs or cats, I would be happy to groom them as well. I will ensure they are okay and immediately let you know if anything seems wrong. I am attentive to their behavior, noticing if they need space or are hungry, and I will give them a calm, safe environment if they are nervous or uncomfortable around strangers.

About: Hello! My name is Mara and I would love to help with your furbabies while you are away and cant! Loving and compassionate towards any and all animals! I am a dog mom myself and know the struggles of finding a safe and loving place while away! I offer overnight stays, dog walking, and drop ins! I have 2 female dobermans who are gentle giants. One is 4 years old and i also have a 1 year old. She LOVES playing and having friends around! Small or large!! I can assure you that your dog/cat would be more than at home here and treated just as my own. I also have a 14 year old son who loves animals as well and really enjoys helping out with their needs. Looking forward to hearing from you! I work from home, so your pet will never be alone or crated all day! I have a fenced in front and back yard that are separated, they are let out very frequently as we go in and out all the time and they go freely as they want since it's all fenced in! There is nothing around my home that isn't safe for them they are part of the family when they are here! I work from home, so I am always here with them! No different from any other day except four extra paws and a new friend 😍 I have a fenced yard. The front is separated from the back so they can go out together or separately. Besides that they run free in my home, possibly crated at night time so we don't have any uh ohs!
