About: I have spent my whole life caring for animals! As a toddler and young child, I would chase dog walkers down the sidewalk calling out, “excuse me, can I pet your dog?” Animals seem to sense my love for them, as they tend to be especially friendly and calm around me. I’ve seen this as a horseback rider and barn volunteer, regular pet sitter for dogs and cats of all breeds and ages, and as the “favorite human” of many dogs in my life! I would love the opportunity to help your animals experience peace, safety, and fun while we’re together. My schedule is very flexible. I currently am taking a gap year from college and have free hours available to care for your pets. I have access to my own car to come to you. I am willing to come to your home, meet you and your pets, and take care of them, including feedings, walks, play, exercise, companionship, and other caring needs.

About: I have taken care of dogs since I was around 5. My brother was very active in the dog community and often took me with him. I took care of his Rotwilliers whenever he vacationed and had several dogs of my own. I have been a dog sitter for friends and family my whole life and have taken care of dogs for my nanny families in the past! I am currently a part-time nanny, but fit in dog care in my off time! I only work two full days a week, Monday and Thursday, so I have plenty of time for my puppy friends! I love to help out other dog parents and want to make dog care my full-time job. When caring for a dog in another home, I can easily follow instructions you leave for me. I can walk the dogs on a leash, take them to dog parks, or play with them in my own yard. If a dog has to come home with me, I have a large home with plenty of yard for them to run and play in. I have small crates at my own home if needed. I have experience with giving dogs medication due to my own senior dogs and my French bulldog who has had allergy issues.

About: I love people and their pets! Most of my professional life has been spent in the people-helping field, and I enjoy sharing my love of animals with those I help. I am very proud to have introduced therapy dogs and equine-facilitated therapy to crime survivors in Alachua County, FL! In my free time, I've fostered over 50 dogs, puppies, cats, kittens, and even a few rabbits for various local rescues. My specialty has been helping anxious dogs learn to trust people. Positive reinforcement is my go-to method of behavior modification, and I can continue your training regimen with your fur babies while you are out of town. I can provide medications and even farm-sit if you need! I've owned my own horse and have cared for goats, chickens, pot-bellied pigs, and burros. I work full-time in York, PA, so I limit the area where I provide services between York and New Oxford. I stop directly after work (6 pm is quitting time) back at your house, then return to spend the night after feeding my own dog. I provide routine meal times, potty breaks, litter clean-up, medications as needed, treats as positive reinforcement, play time, cuddles, walks and other exercise, and if your pets are used to sleeping in your bed, they are welcome to do the same with me! I do all of this in your home so your best bud doesn't have to stress about too many changes while they are missing you. While Rover's pricing is set up on a per dog fee schedule, I cap charges at $80 per night and $40 per drop in or walk, regardless of the number of pets in your household. In the Rover app, I must modify your booking to be able to do that. I work full-time 9:30am -6pm, Monday -Friday in York, Pa, so I limit my service area during the week to areas between York and New Oxford. I can serve a larger area such as Gettysburg and Dillsburg on weekends. I adhere carefully to client directions about medication, supervision, feeding, and exercise. I want dogs to keep their usual routine as much as possible, and owners to rest assured their treasured pets are cared for as they would. I am a background -checked government employee that prides myself on being dependable and trustworthy. I discuss my scheduling limitations with owners to ensure they are getting a sitter who is the best fit for their pets.

I love to serve all those around me and help to make their lives simpler and less stressful I am a graduate physical therapy student at Messiah University with a predictable class schedule. I am available most mornings, evenings, and lunchtime hours for dog walks or quick let out visits so your dog can get outside and stay comfortable. My current housing does not allow me to keep pets in my own home. However, I am available for overnight stays in your home to provide consistent care and support for your dog in their familiar environment.

I currently work from home, so I'm flexible at multiple points in the day. I will be able to provide high quality service up to 4:00 pm every day. In the evenings I do have commitments to my soccer teams that I coach. However I can also stop by after 8 pm if needed for late night walks. I will come to your place and walk or if needed a short car ride to an appropriate area to walk your dog for as long as needed. Hikes, or long walks can also be included.

About: I have had 8 years of experience dog sitting, hosting, walking and staying at others homes for dog sitting. I love dogs and as I think cats are cute, I am allergic and unfortunately cannot watch them. I love dogs of all sizes and ages! I love boys or girls! I enjoy going on car rides and checking out new areas for the pups to take a walk. I have had dogs my whole life. I currently have a pittie/lab mix and his name is Bentley. He loves to cuddle, play with other dogs, and is sweet as can be! I currently work full time hybrid. I work from home tuesdays and Friday’s and off on weekends. These are the best days for me to have a dog with me since I’m home. I work a 8-4 job. I care for them by spending time, making sure they are fed, walked, and loved on. I have my dog who enjoys chilling or playing with the dogs depending on what the other dog prefers. Pet care fits with my routine as I am hybrid for work and only live 10 mins away from my job. It is easy for me to run home over lunch to check on the dog I’m watching or if close by take out. I make time to spend with the dog I am watching and that they feel comfortable in my home. While dogs are in my home, I treat them like my own. They are able to sleep with me, be on furniture, etc. I take them for walks to get exercise. With parent permission I make ice cream treats (blueberries & Greek yogurt frozen together) and give them to the dog. I make sure they feel comfortable, are fed and have plenty of water. If a parent would like me to administer meds or give a bath, I am happy to do so!

About: I’ve been a life time animal lover! I grew up with two dogs, a German Shepherd and a Westie. I currently live on a 300 acre farm with 9 cats. We have a guest house where I will board your pet, so no need to worry about any interaction with my current pets. I can offer a relaxing atmosphere and all day care on weekends along with morning and afternoon care on week days. I can also board or do drop-in visits for fish, hamsters, or horses. Your dog will love a relaxing mountain retreat! Your cat can enjoy a quiet vacation! I work full time as a teacher. I can board your pet all weekends or in the afternoons. I can take crate trained dogs anytime during the week but could only provide potty breaks every 6-8 hours. I am available for dog walks or drop-in visits any day in the afternoon or evening in the Chambersburg, Gettysburg, and Hagerstown areas. Your pet would live only with me in a private guest house. We have 300 acres to go for walks or chase balls! My husband and 9 cats live in the main house. Our cats don’t mind other animals but I can keep your pet away from the cats if you prefer. As a 15 year high school teacher, I am very trustworthy, authentic, and kind. I admit to being a bit of a “crazy animal person” as I try to pet every animal I see! I can be trusted with your animal for an extended time or just an afternoon walk! I can also board hamsters or horses.

About: Hi! I’ve had a dog since I was a toddler and I’ve always been fascinated by dogs/pets, and caring for them. I love spending time with them, playing, walking and having fun! I’ve always considered them an extended part of my family, which makes me understand how importante they are in our lives and that they have needs just like everyone does! About: My appreciation and respect for animals started when 1 day my extended family came home with the cutest Pomeranians who then had puppies and then those puppies had pups! They became family and we would babysit each other's fur baby. I loved having a dog because I love being outdoors, running, and exploring. I'm looking forward to making new memories and exploring more beaten paths with your fur baby :) I appreciate all animals, that being said, I've enjoyed the company of some adorable cats. My approach is to give them space and let them come to me when they please. My baby boy, Simba is 7 years old, he is baby friendly, and protective of my girls around strangers, he adores my daughters! He sleeps next to them every night and during the day he follows them around and enjoys watching them play. I love how each animal has a unique personality and you can be sure that I will be attentive to those traits so ensure the best possible care and love for them. I have a flexible schedule working from home for our local family owned Coffee Business. I am happy to accommodate my schedule to your baby’s needs. Life Happens and when you need someone to trust, that’s where I like to fill that need. I am a caregiver at heart and treat every living creature with respect and quality care. I prefer to care for pets in their homes, so they are more comfortable and less anxious. Also, I reside in a small apartment that's not compatible to care for animals besides my 1 cat. In each client's home I am respectful of belongings and careful to keep everything as clean as possible when serving pet's food and water. I'm comfortable changing litter boxes, picking up after dog's stools and discarding appropriately. I am comfortable administering pet's medications as well. I'm more than happy to give your pet an appropriate amount of affection and love because I'm sure they are anxious to see their parents soon. Pets are like family members and will be treated as such, under my care.

About: I've taken care of dogs and cats personally over the last 8-9 years. I've also taken care of pets from neighbors, friends, and coworkers. I love working with animals I'm currently a student athlete in college. I'm also part time at work. I definitely can work with you to provide great care quality for your pets. I will make sure that all doors and fences be closed. Make sure every doors is locked in case some are curious. Make sure that there isn't anything on the floor that a dog or cat may swallow. Careful with food and treats that is given to them.
