About: I have been fortunate to have had pets since I was a child: Cats, dogs, parrots, and reptiles. All of my pets have been rescues. Since my Cavalier King Charles Spaniel was from a puppy mill, she had numerous health problems, resulting in paralysis later in life. But, she was able to adapt to a doggie quad cart and absolutely loved going for long walks in a stroller. While she required a great deal of hands-on care for many years, she lived a pain-free, long and happy life. My dog, Pepper, is a playful, energetic, loving black lab mix, who was taught that the little dogs are always the boss! She loves nothing more than to be around other dogs. My Beardie, Otis, loved baths, and he enjoyed spending time looking out the window, watching all of the activity, and being outside in the sunshine in the summertime. Devastatingly, he passed away, but I kept his vivarium and lamps with the hopes that I will be able to pet sit other beardies. I am experienced giving medications, and I have had training in working with dogs. Animals make my heart happy! I find that it is much less stressful on your baby if he/she can come and visit at least twice prior to being left here for the first time. Preferably, if one of those visits is one day of daycare. I pet sit when I can be available full time, so your pup will be taken care of by me personally at all times, not left alone, not left outside or in a kennel or in a basement, and not left in a child’s or teen’s care while I work. House sitting and boarding rates cover a 24 hour period of time, so you are not charged additional daytime pet sitting rates. I will shower your baby with attention and provide endless opportunities for play. Depending upon the weather and your pup’s normal activity level, we will walk for 1 to 3 miles twice per day plus go out for potty breaks every 2-3 hours, or we will take lots of short walks. I always use a leash when outdoors. It is very important for me to know if your dog has any triggers or becomes aggressive in certain situations, so that I can avoid those things. I will always have your baby's best interest at heart. This is not a kennel, nor is it a kennel-like set up. Rain or shine, or sleet or snow, I take the dogs for walks. Therefore, it is very important that your dog is leash trained and friendly. If your dog requires leash, potty, and/or behavioral training to stop marking, there will be an additional $10 per day charge for each day that it happens. I will do my best to get your dog leash trained well enough so that I am not yanked down the stairs and dragged down the street, but the training duration depends upon the dog. The same goes for pottying and marking. I will do my best, but please, for the sake of your dog, practice these things regularly throughout their lives.

About: I have had multiple cats and dogs growing up. My parents still have multiple cats and dogs and I currently own two cats. I have had many experiences caring for other people’s pets as my family has offered pet sitting and in-home visits throughout the years. I love all animals and enjoy taking care of and spending time with them, playing, talking with them, etc. I have experience working with cats and dogs of all ages and sizes. Dogs will always have a fun time and enjoy their walks and/or play time with me. Both dogs and cats will get plenty of attention and care needed during in-home visits and dogs will during boarding or daily stays! About: Hello! My name is Teresa! I work full-time on the weekdays but I have weekends free for dog sitting. I have been a dog sitter for a few of my neighbors in the past for fun. Your dog(s) will have a nice house to run around in, we'll take long walks around the neighborhood, going to the Bowers beach, playing in the sand. Since its only me in the house, they will have my undivided attention and love. In the summer, they will be cool, and in the winter, they will be warm by the fireplace. About: We had three dogs, one lab mix, one lab and one teenie dog, all seniors that I took care of until their last days - currently taking care of indoor bunnies - all kinds of cats are a speciality I currently work full time but am available early mornings, lunch time, and after work. We are home bodies so I am available all weekend and nights! We have a fenced in yard and I love walking! About: I will treat your babies the same as my own. Our animals are our family. Growing up, I had fur siblings. They may have had four paws, but they still got birthdays, they still got a Christmas stocking, and if someone got a sweet treat, they did too. I think I am different, but my whole life, I have looked at animals more than just that. They are companions that we love for part of our lives, but we are an entire lifetime to them. They love unconditionally and deserved to be given the same. I went from being 5 and taking naps with my family's lab, to riding horses by 10, to volunteering at the shelter by 12, groomer by 19, and certified in behavior, nutrition for cats and dogs at 22. I love animals. My commitment to always wanting to learn more about them and give them the best possible care, sets me apart. I am currently not working, and I have a 5-yr old son full time. He will be going to school in the fall, but I am looking for something to be able to do until them. I have a very open schedule. About: I have always taken care of fur babies whether it was for friends, family, or neighbors! I love taking them on walks and playing with them in their environments to see their personalities. I will take care of your baby with the same love and care that you would. With taking care of my own puppies as well as others, I know how to look for different signs of behavior. I am currently a stay at home dog mom of two, so I have plenty of time during the morning/day/ to walk your fur babies and do check ins while you are away! I can take care of your dogs however you wish. I am good with crating and crate training. As well I do have some command trick training up my sleeve! I am here to help you make sure your fur babies are in good hands. I believe that it's better to watch dogs in their own environment so they can feel comfortable and be themselves.

About: I've grown up in a household with pets most of my life. I have experience caring for dogs (including elderly and special attention) as well as exotics like turtles, rabbits, birds. Family, coworkers, and friends have relied on my to care for their pets and trust that I can feed them on time, as well as administer any medications, get them their exercise, and more! My availability is mostly on Thursday mornings, Friday afternoons and weekends. I do have a flexible work schedule though, so I can work around your schedule as long as I have enough notice! Pet safety and client trust are my number one priority. I want your pets to feel safe and cared for while you are gone. I am very respectful of space and boundaries in your home as well as rules and schedules that you have for your pet.

About: My parents and I raised over 200 great Dane puppies during our time as Ambratag Danes.
