Mickey dealt with a small injury to Gracie‘s paw that occurred just before we dropped her off, keeping her front paw bandaged many times as Gracie decided she did not want to wear it. She also took Gracie for 2 1/2 mile walks, which is exactly what that breed needs. We absolutely recommend Mickey.”

About: Hey my name is Brooklyn! I have been around pets my whole life and have a very deep love for all animals! I am very lenient with pets, they are allowed on furniture and they won’t be crated unless that is your preference. I have two mini dachshunds at home, they are very friendly and enjoy having other pups over! I have a very flexible schedule! If your pup is staying over, I am home most of the time unless I need to step out for an errand! I also have two pups of my own so meshing your pets into our routine is easy! We are very open to pets in our home, our pups lay on the couch and sleep in the bed. We do have a dog park in our complex and a lot of area for doing on walks!

About: I have loved animals all my life, especially dogs, and I finally got a dog of my own two years ago. For years before that, I took care of dogs for friends and through Rover to get my dog fix! I am in my fourth year of med school and spend most of my time at home studying, and take lots of breaks to take my dog on walks and to nearby parks. We have 3 dogs and 2 cats now, but we did have a German Shepherd and corgi mix, our GSD was dog reactive except to his housemate so are well experienced with aggressive dogs. I have been a Certified Veterinary Assistant for 7 years now and it's still ongoing. I've been taking care of animals since I was a pre-teen and we offer much love in our home and lots of play. We are experienced with injections, subcutaneous fluids, and oral medications. We are also CPR certified I work full time in a veterinary clinic so I'm well equipped to handle any emergency situation, Tyler is home 2 hours before me so they spend some hours alone but not long! We keep everyone crated while we're gone for their safety . I have a fenced-in backyard, 3 dogs that love to play and 2 cats who are curious and friendly with all dogs, they've been raised around several dogs since kittenhood. We spend a lot of time lounging and playing together, while we love active dogs our hearts really jive with couch potatoes.

About: I have taken care of cats and dogs my whole life. Friends and family animals and my own, I thought why not do it for others who need help while they are on vacation or anything else that life throws out I work fully st ups, but I can take care of any animal in the morning and afternoon when I get off work, I enjoy working with ups and animals as well I care for my pets everyday make sure they have food water place to go to the bathroom, I enjoy making sure they are safe and happy!
About: I have been fortunate to have had pets since I was a child: Cats, dogs, parrots, and reptiles. All of my pets have been rescues. Since my Cavalier King Charles Spaniel was from a puppy mill, she had numerous health problems, resulting in paralysis later in life. But, she was able to adapt to a doggie quad cart and absolutely loved going for long walks in a stroller. While she required a great deal of hands-on care for many years, she lived a pain-free, long and happy life. My dog, Pepper, is a playful, energetic, loving black lab mix, who was taught that the little dogs are always the boss! She loves nothing more than to be around other dogs. My Beardie, Otis, loved baths, and he enjoyed spending time looking out the window, watching all of the activity, and being outside in the sunshine in the summertime. Devastatingly, he passed away, but I kept his vivarium and lamps with the hopes that I will be able to pet sit other beardies. I am experienced giving medications, and I have had training in working with dogs. Animals make my heart happy! I find that it is much less stressful on your baby if he/she can come and visit at least twice prior to being left here for the first time. Preferably, if one of those visits is one day of daycare. I pet sit when I can be available full time, so your pup will be taken care of by me personally at all times, not left alone, not left outside or in a kennel or in a basement, and not left in a child’s or teen’s care while I work. House sitting and boarding rates cover a 24 hour period of time, so you are not charged additional daytime pet sitting rates. I will shower your baby with attention and provide endless opportunities for play. Depending upon the weather and your pup’s normal activity level, we will walk for 1 to 3 miles twice per day plus go out for potty breaks every 2-3 hours, or we will take lots of short walks. I always use a leash when outdoors. It is very important for me to know if your dog has any triggers or becomes aggressive in certain situations, so that I can avoid those things. I will always have your baby's best interest at heart. This is not a kennel, nor is it a kennel-like set up. Rain or shine, or sleet or snow, I take the dogs for walks. Therefore, it is very important that your dog is leash trained and friendly. If your dog requires leash, potty, and/or behavioral training to stop marking, there will be an additional $10 per day charge for each day that it happens. I will do my best to get your dog leash trained well enough so that I am not yanked down the stairs and dragged down the street, but the training duration depends upon the dog. The same goes for pottying and marking. I will do my best, but please, for the sake of your dog, practice these things regularly throughout their lives.

About: I have had dogs since I was a baby. I have cared for dogs of every stage of life, and I’m super passionate about senior dogs and small animals. Both my dogs are friendly with ferrets and other small animals, always supervised of course. I have experience in dogs, cats, ferrets, and all rodents. No experience with reptiles but I have read a lot about the husbandry of geckos and bearded dragons. Always willing to learn to have your pet be most comfortable in our home. I currently am a stay at home mom so I have plenty of extra time for animals. We (my boyfriend and I) already dedicate a huge portion of our time to our dogs so we would love to add more to the mix lol. My daughter (5yo) also loves animals and is learning the ropes of helping take care of them. We have a very big yard, and while it’s not fenced in there is still plenty of space to run on a lead! I can also help with potty training, pad training and lead training as well as socializing with our two very friendly goofy dogs.
