About: I've grown up with, owned, and taken care of pets for as long as I can remember—old mellow dogs, fluffy young kittens, feisty chickens—you name it! The challenge of learning each pet's unique personality and needs has always fascinated me as a caretaker. I love getting to know them and building trusting relationships to give them the best quality of life possible. I’m a retired engineer looking for pet caretaking opportunities to keep life fun and adventurous! My wife, Stephanie, and I currently own one dog and two cats. Our home is in a wooded area with a fully fenced backyard. Pets that board with us have the option of private, single-level living, or they can share the house with us. We also have a standalone pet wash and dry station if pet washing services are something you're interested in. We’ll cater to their needs and ensure they are content and comfortable. I’m also an avid walker and hiker, and I love getting outside whether it’s rain or shine. For dog walking and pet visits, I enjoy heading to local parks (Cypress Creek and Lake Waterford are my go-tos) or patrolling the neighborhood for any new sights and smells. I am a house husband with one dog and two cats. The pets are the focus of my daily routine. My dog and I go to the park every morning and walk the neighborhood at night. Any dogs that I board become part of our family routine. If they are comfortable they can join us on trips to the park and walks around the neighborhood. If they prefer solo time then I will take them on dedicated trips to the park and walks! I have a dedicated room for dog and cat boarding that is separate from the rest of the home where our dog and cats reside. Any boarding guests can use that private space or can join the other animals in the other parts of the house if they are comfortable. Our fenced in backyard and dog grooming station are on the same level as the dedicated boarding space.

About: I have watched multiple breeds of dogs with different needs, ranging from feeding, bathroom breaks, activity needed, and scheduling. I love to be active so if your dog loves physical activity, you are in good hands! I give lots of attention and spend lots of time with the pets I’m watching. I am currently enrolled in online school but rest assured, I am great with time management and will give your pup the best time! I can hang at your house while I work on my schoolwork to keep your furry friend company! I have a 7 year old German Shepherd at home, so I am used to the big dogs who need the physical activity. She gets all the love all the time and loves spending time with everyone in my family. In your home, I will respect your house and rules, as well as follow the instructions regarding your dog’s care! About: I love pets of all kinds, shapes, and sizes. I accept all personalities coming from an owner of a very mischievous husky and a reactive senior pup. I have several years of dog walking and sitting in DC as well as working at veterinarian offices. I am also currently enrolled in nursing school so am no stranger to any medically necessary situations. I will always ensure to treat your pet like my own and make sure they grown to love me like their own! I currently work nights part time at UMMC as well as am enrolled full time in nursing school. Though that might sound like my schedule I’m jammed pack, I have plenty of breaks in between for your beloved pups! I also enjoy quality time outside and would love to have a fur friend to join me. I currently do not do pet sitting in home or out as I have a 3 year old toddler I simply cannot spend time away from and my senior pup is unfortunately dog reactive.

About: Your dog or puppy will leave smiling and I will provide pictures of the day we have. I do walks and runs. Your dog or puppy will be provided with the best care and daily exercise and proper diet that you want. Updates will be every other hour or as needed by owner. Every dog or puppy should have a paw friend, by selecting me you put your awesome dog or puppy in great hands and I guarantee the safety of your dog or puppy. About: I have had dogs for the past 5 years and worked as a dog walker for about 7 years. I love and have passion for any kind of animal. My happiness comes from being outside in nature and I’m sure that would make your pet happy too! 😊 I’m working from home so I would have the opportunity to do walks throughout the week and be available in the evenings and weekends for longer visits. I provide my pets with loving care and patience when meeting new animals. I’m flexible in any task needed during the visit if it’s feeding, medications, or crating.

About: I have always had pets growing up! I pet sit for one of my neighbors on a regular basis. I’ve taken care of a wide range of pets including cats, dogs, birds, bunnies, and more! I do have a 3 year old shihtzu/ Maltese mix named Luna (she’s adopted!). I also have experience and an understanding in how to take care of senior pets in need. I work 3 days a week so I will be available for the remaining 4 and evenings after work. I am extremely flexible so I can try to accommodate you and your fur babies needs! I am happy to watch your dog in my home or yours depending on what is comfortable. Please let me know what your preferred dogs schedule is (walks every 2-3 hours, feeding times, etc...) and I'm sure I can work with you to accommodate! Please also let me know if your dog has any sensitivities if known (i.e. leash sensitive, treats, etc..) I will ask for all pertinent contact information in the event of an emergency just in case. Be on the lookout for pictures to let you know how your pup is doing during their stay if boarding! Welcome crates if your dog is crate trained.

About: The best life advice I have seen is to make time to pet every dog you see. I own an energetic and mischievous half German Shepherd/ half Belgian Malinois rescue named Bear. If I can care for him, I promise I can care for your dog as well and will give him/her the same attention and care as if it were my own. I look forward to playing with your pup! I have a flexible work schedule that allows me plenty of time spend with your dog and make sure he/she gets lots of walks and play time. I have a 8ft tall fully fenced yard and a doggy door into the yard from the house. Your dog can be kept in a crate or allowed free in the house per your preference.

About: I have been around animals my whole life and have a total of eight pets at the moment. My personal pet is my cat Ross and he is my sunshine. I have 2 dogs, a Great Pyrenees and a Boston terrier pug mix. I am very loving towards all pets and on time with all feeding schedules. I am also aware of how important it is for animals to get their exercise so walking is very important to me. The weather is something I always keep in mind while taking dogs for a walk because of the different breeds, age and coats they may have. I am very good with routine so I will be excellent at keeping your pets routine in check. I am currently working part time as a barista at Barnes and Noble as well as going to school. I love spending my free time with animals and they bring joy in my life! I have a huge, fenced back yard that give my dogs plenty of space to play. We love to run around the back yard playing fetch as well as cuddling when we are inside.
