About: At Hearth & Herd, we specialize in compassionate, experienced care for farm animals, dogs, cats, and all your beloved critters in the Kansas City area. Whether you're away for the day or on an extended trip, you can rest easy knowing your animals are in capable, loving hands. Our Story Hearth & Herd Animal Care was founded out of a lifelong passion for animals and a deep commitment to their well-being. With over two decades of hands-on experience in animal care — including several years as a veterinary technician — I bring both professional expertise and heartfelt dedication to every animal I serve. In addition to running Equine Care Services LLC, a trusted provider of horse care in the region, I’ve built long-standing relationships with my clients — many of whom have relied on my services for over ten years. I am proud to be a trusted partner in their animals’ lives. Whether it's daily walks, feeding routines, medication administration, or specialized farm animal care, every service is tailored with attention, consistency, and compassion. And as of this year, I am also Animal CPR and First Aid certified, further ensuring your animals' safety under my care. At Hearth & Herd, your animals are more than just clients — they’re family. My career has always been dedicated to the care of animals. They are a part of my everyday life. I would be lost without them. I will care for your pets as if they are one of my own. I have a fenced yard, an outdoor and indoor kennels if needed, plenty of fresh air, and lots of snuggles.

About: I have had pets my whole life up! I'm a full time stay at home mom with 3 kiddos (2 in school and 1 not in school cause shes a baby!) I am looking to earn a little pocket change while hopefully helping someone out with their fur babies. Most times I will have to come with my baby in her carrier for now, but certain times I may be able to work around that, so please dont hesitate to ask! I am willing to travel as far as Kansas City/Overland Park, Pittsburg, and Joplin/Springfield, or basically within an hour and half for house sitting. As a mom I am not able to stay in your home for house sitting, I could consider pet care inside my home on a case-by-case basis. For daily walks, we will have to agree on a price if its farther than Nevada, El Dorado Springs. I live on a few acres with cats, a dog, chickens, and ducks. I have experience with a lot of different types of animals as well including fish and smaller caged critters. I have experience working with service dogs as well. My schedule is very open. Whatever work you're needing with your animals, please reach out. Animal care in my home will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Animal care in your home will be as requested by you. I typically could not do overnight care as I've got kiddos in school and will most likely have to travel a bit to help you with your animals, but on weekends or breaks I can consider it.
