“My wife and I were very nervous about trying out Rover when our usual dog sitter wasn’t available. Lucky for us we found Morgan! She came over to meet our dogs a week before our vacation and we could tell our dogs would be in good hands. They connected with her quickly. She was great to work with and kept in constant communication. She called if she had questions and sent multiple pictures, videos, and text updates daily. We could tell our doggos were having a blast and being well taken care of while we were gone. Aside from the dog care, our house was exactly the way we had it when we left. I’ll treat your pet like family, and I’m an animal lover through and through ❤️ I work full time at a Cardiology office, 8:30-5, so if you have a similar schedule I would be a great fit! I’d make sure the pets’ feeding schedules and potty schedules stay the same :) When I watch pets I generally stay at the clients home, treating like a hotel room and keeping it spotless! Generally I find it’s the comfiest for pets as well so they feel safe in a known environment.

I was leaving my almost 16 yr old dog for a week (a vacation booked a year in advance and to be honest I didn't think I would need a pet sitter) . Chance has mobility and cognitive issues and we hadn't been apart overnight from each other in years. Rebecca came and met myself and Chance. She was very open and asked questions to understand Chance's needs and my wants in terms of care. She was FANTASTIC!!! She was meticulous about his schedule and care. I told her if she had any ideas to improve his life to let me know and she did have a few suggestions that have helped. She stayed in touch with texts and pictures throughout the week. My house was in as good if not better condition than when I left. Chance gained back the 2 pounds he had recently lost before the trip as well as an extra pound. About: I have had dogs ever since I was little but didn't start being able truly experience the responsibility of taking care of dogs until about 12. Caring for my dogs has served as a great example throughout my life of showing me patience, unconditional love, and loyalty. Over the years I have had 6 dogs with 3 being the ones that I was old enough to care for. All of them with their individual, outgoing personalities have been a joy in my life. A stand out experience I've had with my dogs, has to be currently with caring for my elderly and sickly dog, Yoshi. He is a 10-year-old Husky-Akita who has an autoimmune disease called Pemphigus Vulgaris which severely affects his skin. Out of my family of 4, I have been his primary caretaker; administering his medicine when he was on it, researching different remedies to help him, bathing him to soothe his irritated & itchy skin, making him a natural ointment to treat his wounds, and changing his diet off of dry dog food to a medley of Freshpet dog food and steamed vegetables. Although the process is trying, I see him as God's animal and I feel I've been given the responsibility to care and love him unconditionally as animals were made to do the same for us. I am a freelance graphic designer who works from home so I have open availability to provide animal care. Mostly available Sun-Fri, Limited availability on Saturdays I have a small yard but live in a housing development that is dog friendly with lots of sidewalks and trails that provide dog waste trashcans.
