“We left our Baxter with Tyler for a trip that was a little over two weeks. It was a long time to be away from him but Tyler kept us updated with pictures and videos. Baxter went on lots of walks and got lots of treats and love. We’d definitely use Tyler again.”

“Y'all were beyond awesome!! I absolutely love your place and y'all are so kind and patient with the fireball I know her to be, and I appreciate that so much. Can I book with you again?? Trying to find you on rover”

“Nichole and her husband were super with Reepi. Nichole is "dog wise," in that she is tuned in to what the dogs want and need. Reepi came to me as a rescue with some health and behavior issues, and he has come a long way. He did so well interacting with the family and the resident dogs. I'd be pleased to have Reepi stay with Nichole again.”

About: I’ve had animals all my life, and would watch my friends pets growing up too. I’ve had everything from giant breads to little dogs and love them all. We have cats and dogs of our own. So it is part of our daily routine for feedings, potty breaks, and going for walks. We treat our fur babies as part of our family and make sure they get all the love and attention they deserve! We have a fenced in backyard, and our dogs are friendly. We also have the space to make sure they feel at home and welcomed.
“Parker was amazing! She was so kind and so sweet with my doggie! No one has ever gotten her to feel comfortable enough to eat after just meeting, but Parker somehow got her to not only taste her food but to eat all of it! I am so so thankful! If she is willing to watch her again I'd be more than grateful! Thank you so much!”

“Ericca was great! Daily pictures and videos. Her two pups were so great with our dog. We got to go out of town with zero worries. I’d recommend anybody that is looking for a good pet sitter in the area to contact Ericca.”

“Beyond grateful for Cheryl. I was pretty nervous since this was the Mars' first time we had to board him. He can be a handful, but Cheryl knew how to handle him with no problem. So happy he got chance to be around other dogs and learn how to behave around them. Loved that she sent me pictures and updates. I will definitely book with Cheryl again!”

About: I was a dog mom for 16 years to my beautiful baby girl. We went everywhere together. Literally everywhere. In that time I was also the vet tech, groomer, trainer, personal Vizsla chef, bone delivery girl and I became a professional tennis ball and flippy flop launcher. I have significant experience in puppy/baby dinosaur stages all the way to senior care. I have experience with rambunctious pups that may have a minor injury, allergies and medication administration. I sadly lost my girl a few years ago and have been keeping friends and family's pets since and I've loved getting some puppy snuggles! I am currently working as a nurse and I work one week on and one week off. In my weeks off, I have plenty of time to go walking at the park or hang out at home. My home is very dog friendly and allowed on all couches, chairs and beds. I have an orthopedic dog bed also available and lots of toys! My yard is partially fenced in with no gate on either end. All pups will be leashed when outside the home. No exceptions.

About: I have one dog, Zeus, he is 7 years old. I’m patient, attentive, dependable to routines. I understand how important it is for you to feel safe that you have well cared for babies. I currently have a flexible schedule, which allows me to give pets plenty of attention, playtime, potty breaks, walks, and companionship throughout the day. I’m available for daytime, evenings, weekends, and overnight care depending on your needs. I understand the importance of keeping pets on their normal routine so they feel safe, comfortable, and loved while you’re away. Your pet’s safety and comfort are my top priorities. I have a small fenced area and plenty of room to walk. I can also crate your dog if needed and will always follow your feeding schedules, medication instructions, walking routines, and house rules carefully. I provide a calm, loving environment where pets are treated like family and receive lots of attention and care.
“I’ve used Karina to take care of my big dog (Max) and little dog (Daisy) during Memorial Day weekend. Karina was good about keeping me updated with photos and messages letting me know how they were doing. I felt so relieved that my 2 dogs were in capable hands while I was away. I highly recommend Karina, I know I’ll use her again, soon. Diana C.”

“Alina provided a safe, enjoyable and active time while we were away for a long weekend. She sent us photos and updates. It was good to see the fur babies were enjoying themselves and comfortable in her home. Would definitely recommend her as she has a lot of time at home while being a part-time student.”

Many sitters in TN ask that dogs be up to date on core vaccines like the Canine Parvovirus, Canine Distemper, Canine Adenovirus, Bordetella, and Rabies.
By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
Every qualified booking made on Rover is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes reimbursement for eligible emergency vet care.
